They even fixed a broken purse strap for me once, and I was amazed with how inexpensive and perfect it looked after. They're affordable but extremely good at what they do. After explaining what I was looking for the store employee informed me that the soles were still in good working condition and didn't need to be replaced. He recommended that they be reconditioned. I agreed and left feeling like I was at the right place! After picking them up, at home it was time to put them on. I then realized that they had only been reconditioned on the outside of the boot. The laces had not been removed in order to condition the tongue and the inside of the eyelets. Very disappointing. I will not be using this business again.
