I wish there was a negative star for this business because one star is too kind…read more We used them to do a design in 2014 they knew was going to the printer. Yet they didn't add in printer marks on the final job and blamed us for their mistake. Gluttons of punishment we went back to them for a second round in 2015 to redo the exact same design with a few changes. Again they knew we would be printing, we even reminded them. When they sent us the final job it didn't have the printer marks again. But they decided to blame us again instead of accepting the fact it was THEIR mistake. They even told us they should be charging us more for their mistake. Third times a charm right? Not so. Had them working on a website design for a client because I stupidly thought they couldn't do any worse and they quoted cheap cheap. Well you get what you pay for. My daughter who's been taking girls learning code could have created a better website with a do it yourself web design application. The mistakes have been endless since it was handed over to us. So many signs they had no clue what they were doing. And when they weren't meeting deadlines and messing up....my contact decided to get all snarky and rude with me. Lessons learned the hard way. Don't ever use them. I have a friend and business partner who is equally not impressed with their work or professionalism. Let them continue to dig their own grave. Yelp can you please create a zero rating for companies like this?
