At first I was thrilled that they could handle my wash and fold - just a couple of loads. And get it back to me over night. They did have a sign up that said no pet bedding. I forgot that that I had 2 small dog blankets in the laundry bag. The message they left last night was they didn't wash them. Ok no big deal. Except when I went to pick up the laundry this morning and paid my bill i apologized about the blankets being in the bag. She said no problem washed "it" this morning. And I thought my bill was more than it should be. So while putting everything in the truck I looked at the tags on the bags. $18.75 for the laundry, $10 for the blanket. I called them because I only found one blanket. She said the small one was probably in with laundry. Well it isn't. So I can only assume they liked the little white blanket with the pink hearts and kept it. It wasn't an expensive blanket, just one I'd had for a long time and I liked it. Also I feel that someone should have called me before washing the one and charging me $10 to wash one small blanket especially after leaving me a message that they didn't wash the pet bedding to start with!!! I won't take anything else to them. As much as I hate going to the laundromat I guess if I'm in Woodward again and need clean clothes I'll bite the bullet rather than being over charged and stolen from. As far as I know our clothing is fine. read more

First experience was great ..well ill start of saying im a disabled vet ..and i have service animals..im starting training on my next service dog because i like to train my own service animals ..ive had 3 prior service animals..self trained all of them ..well i have one only 3 days in to training we been at this laundry mat for 5 hrs no problem at all ..i go to have my service pup in training and saw her go to start squating so i pick her up and go out side so she can do her business. Remember she never actually peed or pooped just squided..as i was heading to a grass area so she can reliver her self ..i was told not to bring her back in at all ..i told the person she was a service dog IN TRAINING..ge replied let me see her service papers ..well i only had her 3 days papers arnt even avaliable to me yet..and he said after shes proprly trained and certified as a service dog she will be welcome back..ummm how is she going to get properly trained and cert if she cant get trained in the first place..yea his a genius...not.im never coming back again..never.. and remember she was in there for atleast 4 hrs and i spent over 135dollars in just washing and she had already told me to go outside for bathroom stuff already..she makes one mistake at almost 8weeks old and get told shes not allowed in..and remember the mistake was just a motion ..not actually a physical mistake didnt pee or poop on the floors at all..man i hate to see a toddler whos getting potty trained actully pee or poop his or herself.. read more

Save your money with the drop off service here. First off they rudely told us we couldn't do laundry over an hour before they even closed. So we decided to try the drop off service. They were supposed to hang my clothes and especially my husbands collared work shirts and they folded everything, the collars looked horrible and my towels looked like they were folded by a 5 year old. I had to refold my wrinkled up clothes and towels. Horrible laundry service and especially for the price... Never had such a sloppy drop off service before. read more

Service here is terrible. We came in no one even greeted us at first I didn't even pay attention to that but then I started to notice that with everyone else they would say hello and ask if they needed help. Some lady came in and began talking about us because we were using 4 washers . We then began to dry our clothes and one of the washers stopped working , we did not put more than 30 pounds in the washer as one of the employee's quoted. Why would we put a lot of clothes if we know that when you put a lot most clothes don't wash. So we call the man to come and help us and then again the women and another older employee began to talk about us. They started blaming us because it stopped working and wouldn't stop talking about it with her friend. Definitely never coming to this place again. read more
