The phone number for Whitney's business is monitored by Whitney's wife,Erin, good luck trying to deal with her. I left four different messages on four different occasions, I was trying to make an appointment for the mini's and did not receive a response, instead, they called my sister, whom is also a customer of theirs and made the appointment through her. I called and texted them again that they need to contact me, the owner of the mini's. I never got a response. So my 12:00 pm appointment came and went, I messaged them (They prefer messaging over phone calls) at twenty minutes after and no response, I called my sister to see if they called her, they called her and told her that Whitney was there and no one was at the house, mind you I was sitting there the whole time. So I messaged them again and finally got a phone call from Erin, she was extremely rude and very vulnerable. She cussed me out, called me a liar, kept cussing at me dropping F bombs left and right. I was trying to explain to her that if Whitney follows the GPS using my Mom's address it will take her to the wrong house due to the easement, the they would have to use my address and follow the driveway to the back of the property where my mother's house and the mini's are located, had they answered my calls and texts I could have explained this, now mind you, Whitney had been there many times before. Erin continued to cursing at me and finally the truth came out, they no longer wanted to trim the mini's. If they would have said this in the first place and not create all of this drama, that would have saved a lot of hard feelings. I would not recommend dealing with these two very unprofessional individuals. Avoid at all cost.

The horses were calm and well cared for, and the surrounding nature made for a relaxing couple of hours outdoors. Our guide made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe, and he was happy to answer questions along the way, which we appreciated. The three of us happen to be experienced riders, so part of me wished we could have picked up the pace and enjoyed a short gallop. I completely understand that safety rules exist for a reason, especially with mixed experience groups, but the thought did cross our minds as we rode along those inviting trails. One small thing that stood out was that our guide spent a fair amount of time on his phone, which occasionally pulled attention away from the ride and the natural surroundings during our two-hour outing. Overall though, it was a great experience. Friendly staff, beautiful setting, and a relaxing way to spend time outdoors.
