if I had a choice to put zero , I would put zero. avoid this company they just steal y money. I bought my Samsung dryer just before Christmas with adding features and five years warranty came more $1200 . after delivery the first time I used it I found it's not working properly, doesn't dry my clothes i had to retry the second time but after two min machine stopped . I had to choose another option either heavy duty or time dry to complete the cycle but still not dry completely I have to hang them to dry. I called couple of days after Christmas they scheduled an appointment with technicians, came after two weeks said the part needs to changed after one month cane charge the part , the issue was the same . call them for about several times, passing me like a ball to different departments and agents, finally he came again change the motor, still doesn't work properly. I asked them to refund me or exchange me with another dryer. warranty dep said we can't since y bought it from bonorix , bonneprix agents said if technician comes and the issue not resolved we refund or exchange but now they change their word. i paid more than $1200 they sent me the broken one. they are bunch of lier. keep y money and avoid them buy from direct store or direct website of LG, Samsung,.... read more

if the was a 0 star this is what i would rate this seller. The whole thing is a scam. Beware... if you go on their site you can buy products that are advertised as in stock (they even give you the shops they are available at) they advert free shipping too. The shipping is not free at all and cost a fortune at checkout ... try it. When you order there is a confirmation screen. CAPTURE IT... as this is the unique sign if purchase confirmation you will get. Then you wait and wait and wait. aAter a week or so, you phone customer service and a nice lady tells you that the order has been made and that they should get the product within ten days... she adds that she will followup personnaly and phone you... remember that is was advertised as in stock. Ten days and a week later no phone call back. I call then. Same record: order has been placed and product will be avai in ten days or less. In the meantime the product is still available fir purchase on the website ans still advertised as available at two of their shops... false info. In short its a honey trap for SHOPIFY i guess as they get the money (retainer is made by shopify as per info i was told by the lady over the phone) while i wait indefinitely and they get richer with my money. If you intend to buy at a low price, buy only what you see in the store and expect it to be dinged, dirty and full of fingerprints (dried, melted slush too if your delivery is in the middle of winter). The machines I wanted were not in the store so DANIEL proposed machines to be delivered to my home but I would only receive them 6-8 weeks later. I was fine with that. Two months later, I started calling but DANIEL never replied. It's funny because when I had been shopping for a gas stove the previous summer but had not made up my mind, HE called me. After his sale is made, he doesn't care about you. A nice woman would answer and certainly transmitted the messages but clearly had no control over the sales dept. and sounded embarrassed by their lack of action. I pity her. So three months later, my daughter managed to get the BOSS on the phone and said that it was ridiculous that I should still be waiting so he sent the machine he had in the store. Yes, the one with the dings, no manual, full of finger prints and dried slush. How is it that they had a demo of the model I wanted in the store to deliver to me but when I was there; there wasn't any? Makes me think that they let you order new, give you excuses, put the machines you order in their showroom to make sales THEN they ship it to you. I'd rather pay more money than deal with these people again. The aggravation is not worth the economy. Bought a brand new washing machine this week. The product and price was great, but the customer service was terrible. Daniel helped me in store and was fairly rude and short when talking to me the whole time. He booked my delivery on the wrong day. I requested Tuesday, he booked it for Thursday. I didnt notice until Tuesday afternoon. I called the store and the woman who answered barely spoke English. I rebooked it with her, but asked for an English call back so I could see what else could be done as she didnt understand my issue. Daniel called me back, and instead of apologizing he just said 'Listen, sometimes mistakes happen' very rudely. After giving someone $750 in business, I would expect a more sincere response and offer to help make it right. They only delivery 9-3pm, which I understand, but seeing as how they made the mistake and I could not take time off work I asked for assistance in getting the delivery before noon for the Thursday he had originally booked because I work at 1pm. I work in a similar field and know that while the norm is to have delivery all day, we can organize for earlier or later deliveries if really necessary (IE cases like these where they already messed it up). The most he offered was to write down to try to do it earlier in the day. By 1145am I hadn't heard from them (promised a call 1 hr before) and tried to call the office. Over the next two hours I called 4 times and no one ever answered. It would go to a message that says voicemail hasnt been initialized. Finally they arrived at 145pm. I had to go in late to work. Very very disappointed in the customer service and lack of empathy and willingness to help their customers. read more
