I love that you can just sit at your table enjoy a beer and convo and see what the waiters have coming out fresh vs ordering directly from a menu. Basically they ring a Bell every 5-10 minutes and they come around with different options. You can choose to put it on your plate or pass, and if you take one you keep the toothpick to measure how many tapas you've had at the end. Each one costs between 1.6 and 2 euro depending on the size of the toothpick. You can also order from the menu if you prefer. Only downfall is most tapas were served on bread which got old toward the end.
