However, the pedicure was rushed and I also got a fill with gel polish and they turned out bubbly and uneven when I told the lady she said there was nothing she can do since she already put a top coat on. I have been here a few times, but tonight when I went in the overcharged me for the dip I had done, when asked why it was more then the advertised price the young lady first told me it was because she charged me to take off the dip I had on my nails when I came in...then the gentlemen cut in and said it was because I got a manicure with it. First off, Nobody gave me a manicure, secondly, even if they did give me one I didn't ask for it. I specifically said I needed my dip redone. I know the price wasn't a lot...:but it's the principle....you don't make up stuff and charge for something that was not done nor asked for. The service was terrible & so was the work. I usually don't leave a review if it's not a positive one, but the way I felt was not ok. I'm new to this area so I wanted to find a nail salon that had high reviews. I walk in & was told to choose my colors. I picked a few because I wanted flowers on my nails, the guy that was working on them made a comment about how there were too many colors, with a snarky tone. He then asked me what design I wanted so I showed him, I just wanted simple flowers & he said that was too much work & he was unsure if he could do it. Then I said ok , I can try to find something easier for you. I don't know if he got offended but after that he said well you're the one paying so I can do it if you want, it'll be $90. Never have I paid $90 for something so simple. Then he made it all about money. i showed him another simple design that was just a line & he said that would be $70 without me asking how much. I settled for white tip thinking i was safe, not even a week later & they are lifting pretty badly, all of them. I had made my appointment 2 days before, so up next I was going to get my toes done. 3 people came in without appointments & he told me to wait & sit. I waited almost half an hour because he preferred to help the people who just walked in instead of me who had an appointment. Someone else came to do my toes & at that point after waiting 30mins I only had time for a quick pedi. I told her what I wanted & she looked at my toes & feet & said no you need this one. she told me I needed the $50 pedicure , I said I didn't have much time anymore that I wanted to just clean my toes , cut cuticles & polish change. she didn't seem happy with my response & rushed through the service. Definitely don't recommend this place & will be making the drive back to Margarita nails & spa in Gilbert. They know how to not only do amazing & clean work, but they are kind to their customers. read more

This nail salon SAVED the day when I went to another nail salon that the woman had left to go get her kid and wouldn't be back for 30 minutes. They were so great and gave me a discount because it was my first time, great service with great nails!! I will never recommend this place, they are UNPROFESSIONAL. I came to get a fill then days later I experienced pain in 1 of my fingers, the next day went to the urgent care and was told I had an infection in my cuticle, within hours I tried to reach out to the owner to notify him of the problem. I came to this place a few times before finally deciding to go elsewhere. When a former nail tech worked there I felt satisfied with the work done as well as how long they lasted. My gel nails would literally last 3 weeks. Once she left I tried so many different nails techs, even Johnny the manager and he failed to meet my expectations just like every other tech. A week would pass and my gel would begin to lift causing me to consistently go back to get them fixed. No one has time to continue going back for nails that should last at least 2 weeks. Everyone is so careless here and all they care about is taking your money. The quality of their work is so shitty. The salon is beautiful but do not let that fool you. Usually my experience here is good. My last time was not. I waited for a tech to become available, i was seated and she began the process of taking off the previous dips and filing etc. a couple walked in asking how long for 2 pedicures. They were told 15 minutes. As they are turning to go one tech says no she will do right now. The nail tech who was in the middle of filing my nails gets up and leaves me. I am then told another tech will finish my nails. I was not happy. I told the new tech when i sat down that it was frustrating that i get pushed aside so they can save a customer. She told me that the other tech doesn't do dips. I call your BS because i have seen her do dips before. I will not return. read more

Mya has done my nails for several years. I have followed her to three salons. She is great! I would recommend the dip nails. For the first time after having acrylics, gels, etc. she has to shorten my nails which has never happened before. They always broke off. I understand there are vitamins in this process that is good for your nails - well, whatever, something is working right! read more

I have only been here twice, and the times that i have gone, it was super bad. The first time I came and got my nails done the girl messed up my nails and made me bleed, and ignored that, the second time I came in was this past monday, I should them what I wanted, and I didn't care how much it would have been, she said she would have to take off my nails and do a full new set, I didn't mind at all. But then she proceeded to do my nails, she didn't even take off my nails to do the look I wanted, I usually wouldn't mind, but the set was supposed to be for my birthday, the set I got was no where NEAR what I wanted, she proceeded to mess around and talk crap about me, and when I told her I didn't want it no more and if it was okay to change the color, she rolled her eyes and said no. I said I didn't care how much the price was, I just really wanted the set. She told me it was going to be an extra $60. Did I mention I didn't even chose the color I wanted? I normally would t care but I paid $50 for a set that I didn't ask for. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place has piss poor customer service. I made an appointment and still had to wait like 20 minutes to be seated because they also take walk ins, what's the point of making an appointment then? Then the lady doing my nails was rude, shoved my hand away when I told her about an imperfection in my nail. She "fixed" the issue but my nails were still hideous. They were bubbly and uneven. I had also scheduled a pedicure so they go to sit me down & I'm seriously waiting soaking my feet for a good 25 min before I put my shoes back on & walk over to the counter because nobody attended me. I'm not paying for ugly nails I explained to the lady & she started speaking in her own language to her coworkers. Then said she would take my nails off. I said that's fine, so she sits me down and carelessly cuts my acrylic nails off leaving them even more uneven. She scribbles over the gel coating and puts acetone on my nails with foil paper telling me they'd fall off in 15 min. Yeah right! Like I haven't had my nails done before lady you're not fooling anyone. She tells me I'm finished I can go home & throws my credit card over the counter. I was so excited to try a new salon closer to my home and my mothers. What a nightmare!! My daughter and I went there .. no wait whatsoever ( maybe should have been a clue). The manicurist rushed me over to a chair to start the pedicure while I was picking a color that would somewhat match my nails ( I have sns) had planned on her doing them. She was very impatient. Wouldn't wrap my nails just stuck them in the bowl filled with remover. Which I find the lazy way to do and dries out my skin. I will never do it again. She was very rough and the basic pedicure included stone. 1 stone per leg. Nothing that great by any means. When she put the first color on 1 little toe I told her I didn't like it. She went and got 3 colors in a hurry. I picked one. She put it on 6 toes. I looked at it and it was just messy not even like the polish was old or she couldn't put it on even. Told her I didn't like it and she just wanted to argue with me!!! I said no and went to pick another color. Where she chased me down and then huffed away. She put it in one nail and so snotty asked me if I was sure? Very condescending! I decided to go to my regular girl for my nails and not do any more business with this place. I told my daughter to stay. Gave her a credit card and cash to tip her manicurist.. 20%. I left nothing for mine. When my daughter went to pay they charged her an extra 10 dollars!! For mine!! Said it was the stone manicure which is a lie because that's how it's listed on their menu for 25! Then tried to say it was because she took my nails off? 10 ? For her to stick my nails in chemicals? My daughters manicurist asked where the tip for mine was?? What?? What tip?? Tips are not automatic! I have never left without leaving something but she was so rude and short with me. I have never been treated so poorly getting my nails done. I called them and they tried to argue with me over the 10 dollars!! I had to threaten that I would call the BBB and my cc company! How Ridiculous!! I had to go all the way back for her to start or wanted to start to argue with me that I would need my cc. Then decided to give my 10 dollars back in cash!! They are THIEVES!! She only deserved to be paid the service charge nothing more nothing less!! She shouldn't be working there!!! Terrible terrible customer service!! Would never go there again!
