This is an establishment that I suggest steering very clear from. Terrible customer service as the employee(s) have no regard to fixing a simple problem by the company's end. My boyfriend and I needed a new atomizer for our dab pen, so we chose this location as usually the staff is friendly and accommodating. We purchased an atomizer pack which included a new mouth piece and 2 brand new coils for $50. We brought it home and later that night we dropped a dab into 1 of the coils. To our surprise, the coil did not heat up. So we screwed on the other coil that came in the pack, which lit up red right away. We then knew that one of the coils was faulty, particularly the one we had dropped a dab on. Now, we wanted to use our pen that night, but we knew that since they came as a pack that Bongs & Such probably wouldn't exchange our pack for a new one if we had used both coils. So we went on with a sober night. The VERY NEXT DAY (we would have gone back the same day if it wasn't until 9pm that we realized it was faulty) my boyfriend went back with a receipt proving it had been newly purchased and brought the pack which had 1 unused atomizer and 1 faulty atomizer. The gentlemen working provided no help and told us that there was nothing he could do about it and refused to exchange this pack for a new one. I ask this question. In what world could we have done anything different to make sure our atomizer was working properly when the employee who sold it to us said it was tested and worked fine???? We did not pay $50 to waste half the pack, and the employee easily could have exchanged ours for a new one, and wrote the old pack off as defective. Instead, he chose to provide inadequate service and left us out $25 over a mistake of the company. Needless to say my business will be brought elsewhere, and that is the last time I return to a company who would rather use their own faults to waste my time and money rather than provide alternative solutions that was well deserved. read more
