Even the manager, Lucy Beausejour, which is useless to talk to for help, is unprofessional and rude. She was screaming at me over the phone saying she would not approve my garage's full quote. Very unprofessional. They talk to clients like they run a company from their basement. No one should ever have to deal with such a company. There are many other companies out there that have way better customer service.
