I normally don't write reviews but a couple of friends and I had a not so pleasant interaction with who we assume was the manager. We were enjoying the beach and started to get hungry. In our bathing wear we asked the waitress if we could be seated and she so kindly said yes. A couple minutes later, the manager handled us but this time said we wouldn't be seated because of how we redressed (in gym shorts + shorts in general). Although clearly there were people seated in their bathing wear and shorts just like us. To be clear, one of us are queer presenting. This seems like homophobia due to the inconsistency in reasoning. Whether the manager was intending that or not, it didn't come off as welcoming. To put salt on the wound, the manager came up to us after (while we were talking about our next move) and further explained his reasoning unprompted and rude. read more
