I've lost so much money to this place. They schedule you up to 6 months ahead and then Lord forbid you have ANY type of life outside this place (a child, a full time job, any emergency, anything at all). They charge you $25-$75 to RESCHEDULE. Cancel? They charge full price of the appointment. Reschedule too many times? They won't even see you anymore. Lauren Sullivan (Nurse practitioner) & Laura Puffer (Therapist) are absolutely angels and amazing women who love their job and do care about their clients BUT who ever runs this place needs to revaluate WHY they're in the business they're in and how they can better help people who are coming to them for actual help.

In my case, however, she was the perfect fit for me. Dr. Niemann-Hightower proved to be extremely experienced in healing trauma. Her office was calm and comfortable. She truly changed my life for the better. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is not one of the therapists who blow you off, seeming not to care. Instead, she truly engages in conversation and gives plenty of wonderful insight into your situation at hand. I appreciate her methods, as they reached me very well.

If i wasnt so young at the time and doing this for my daughter i would've just walked out. Paid $1,600 for one hour of her time so she could make the decision to take my child from me and give the father domilicary parent because i get my traits from my mother (per her report). Been going threw the court system for 10 years now because he never follows simple court orders and refuses to let me see my child years and years at a time and thats who you chose to be the better parent!
