SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT BUY HERE! AVOID! I bought a suitcase from these scammers and after using for only the 2nd time, the wheels fall off while wheeling the suitcase through the city. As i was already in another country and it was well within the 2 year warranty period, I contacted the store via email to report the issue. If you've come across these type of scam shops before you will know their behaviour. They immediately refuse to accept any sort of responsibility and say this must have occurred due to some sort of impact. I inform this is untrue and the wheels fell off with proper use. They refuse to acknowledge this, refuse to honour the 2 year warranty and say they can only help if I bring the suitcase to the store so they can try to reattach the wheels. This is impossible as I live 2000kms away and not part of the warranty agreement. As a solution, I suggest to send a shipping label to which they again refuse.
