I have ignored the first two employees who were rude to me, because I could see that they were inexperienced and perhaps would get better at their jobs. But today, the machine glitched when I scanned and placed a case of water on it. The young woman employee, heralded by the machine ceasing to function and saying "help" is on the way, walked over grabbed the items out of the bags, threw them across me to the counter next to the scanner and said do it again! She then stomped back to her station glaring at me. No one should be made to feel stupid! Can I help you might have been appropriate. But this has been the standard treatment at checkout.

Let's be honest, what is there to REALLY do in Charleston, West Virginia other than shop? Humm-I'll…read morelet you ponder on that question for a moment. While I was there for several hours, my friend and I decided to check this out since it was 5 mins away from my hotel. Looking at this from the outside, Charleston Town Center does not look like a mall. I didn't notice it was a mall until we parked at the *garage and walked inside. Honestly, I was just trying to get to a Macy's. This mall once held over 300+ stores include, but now many will notice that some of the stores are closing and going out of business, leaving this mall only holding on to the "basic" stores that you will normally see in another mall. Charleston Town Center features an array of varies stores including Macy's, Bath and Body Works, shoe stores, jewelry stores, and Victoria Secret. The mall offers 3 multi-level stores. Some of the escalators were out of service, but the elevators did work. This mall is not crowded and easy to maneuver. It has a bit of everything for everyone! Be aware that when I was here, Macy's was robbed the night before and it wasn't the first time. The crime rate here is pretty sad and I hope it can be worked out very soon! The mall also has a full service eating joints that are fo'sho worth checking out. They also have a nice children's play area inside near the Macy's side. *The parking garage is $1.75 and offers tons of parking. You pay going inside. Very convenient! If you're in the area, it's a great place to check out and pass time. Charleston doesn't offer a lot of options to check out but this is one of them!

Was very disappointed in the floral arrangement I ordered for a funeral…read more Wanted to order from a florist in my hometown but they wouldn't deliver to this certain funeral home. So I took a chance and googled a florist. The lady that took my order was very nice. I told her what I wanted and asked what a nice arrangement would cost. She said $40.00 and above. I decided on a $50.00 arrangement. She said that would be a nice amount. Well, it wasn't!!!!! I honestly should have went to Walmart or Kroger and got some flowers. The daisies looked like they had been picked by the roadside. I called the flower shop after the funeral which was on a Saturday and spoke with Caitlin who was nice, and I told her I was very unhappy. She said they take photos of all arrangements and show them to the owner. So I hadn't heard anything as of Wednesday and finally on Thursday I spoke with the owner. As soon as we started talking, the owner Paula had an attitude and was defensive. This is not an acceptable way to deal with customers I didn't want my money back but I was hoping they would redo the arrangement and deliver it to the family. Even an "I'm sorry" would have helped. Paula was not wanting to resolve this. So please think twice before having Paula's Bloom Room do your flowers. My $50.00 bunch of flowers ended up being $66.25.
