If I could give this place a zero I would. I have been with Fabutan since 2015 (multiple locations…read morein BC) and have never experienced such horrible customer service. The red hair girl working this evening (November 14 at 7 pm), Kelsey I believe, is an awful representative for the brand. My friend had an eyelash appointment earlier in the day and mentioned she wanted to get a spray tan later with a friend but we had an event and did not know when it would end. Taylor, booked us in for 6 pm and said that we could come anytime before 8 pm as that was the next appointment. Just before we showed up at 6:45 pm, the red hair girl called and said we are being charged a no show fee. At no point was this mentioned to my friend earlier in the day, especially since she told Taylor that we would be late. If this was the case, we would not have made the appointment. Upon arrival, the girl was cold and said that we could not get a spray tan this evening as the entire night was filled. She then spent the next 25 minutes trying to explain how a business worked in a condescending tone. After she repeatedly cut me off from speaking, I asked for her name, which she refused to provide. I then asked for the contact information of the manager or owner, which again she refused to provide. I then asked how I am supposed to make a complaint and she stated that I could not. My friend and I will not be returning to ANY Fabutan location after this experience. Her staff clearly provided the wrong information to my friend and all we were searching for was a solution, which she failed to provide. I will note that no one entered the spray tan booth for the 25 minutes that she wasted giving us a lecture on profits.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. To beguin with the staff is rude, uncommunicative,…read moreand defensive. including one of the front desk clerks. If you are there with an injury you are expected to be dressed and or undressed in less than 10 seconds. I had a number of apointments that day including three at the office. 1 for massage, 1 sauna, and 1 with chyropractor. When i came from the steam room i was told that i had missed my chyropractic appointment. She set the sauna to 1 hour, instead of half an hour and did not see fit to walk down the hall to tell me my time was up. Apparently, while in the same building u are supposed to keep your own time. She was rather angry with me, when i told her she could have knocked on the door and snottily told me that there was a clock on the wall and i should learn to use it. I cannot speak for all the masseus's in the place but i would not see Jenna. She is brutally agressive. She recommended a treatment that she knows nothing about, in my case a cleanse. Being familiar with cleanses i inquired of what type she felt was nessisary in my case and she showed no knowledge of product or what type of cleanse i needed. I have been to her for 3 massages. The first one went well the 2 after i felt more pain than i did when the injury first occured. When i complimented her about the first one she came defensive, when it was meant as a compliment. She said well what did you think would happen!
