I was lucky enough to be chosen for the free studio session and print for senior kitties! I honestly thought it was too good to be true when I signed up, but rest assured this is a true and real blessing! The day before my appointment I decided to look at the reviews and was filled with dread LOL. I saw some reviewers, who also did the free shoot, mention feeling pressured and guilt-tripped amongst other concerns. I believe that these people have every right to feel the way they do about their experience; however, I want to address anyone else looking at these reviews and feeling the same dread I was: I am BEYOND satisfied!! Sean was my photographer and he was extremely friendly and talkative which I, a very shy and anxious woman, deeply appreciated. He brought me to the studio and had me release the beast (my kitty, Boogs, who is 17.8) so we could both get comfortable. We chatted for a good bit about our lives and our pets which really helped ease my anxiety and feel relaxed enough to enjoy myself during the shoot. He was super patient despite my deaf kitty not being able to hear his "calls-to-camera" to get her to look forward, and had so many different approaches so that we could really take full advantage of this opportunity!! We really got the whole VIP treatment despite it being, well, unpaid haha. Sean was cheerful and upbeat the entire time, he gave it his all, and produced some really beautiful shots. Thank you, Sean!! I came in the next day to look at the shots, and Andrea (I believe that was her name, I'm so sorry if I'm mistaken!) was my guide, so to speak. She and I went into another room and chatted, she too was very friendly and nice. We then started looking at the photos and different sizes using a projector on the wall. She was patient as I asked her to keep going back and forth between shots so I could compare LOL, which I'm grateful for. It sucks feeling like you're being annoying or nitpicking, but she didn't make me feel that way AT ALL! She didn't pressure me into getting a bigger size, either-in fact, I didn't feel pressured at all THANK GOODNESS!!! For example, I was having a difficult time deciding between three photos, and Andrea told me about a couple of different packages I could get with all of the photos I wanted. I told her that unfortunately it's not in my budget, and she informed me that they could offer me a payment plan. I truly mulled it over but ultimately decided it wouldn't be fiscally responsible for me to commit when my finances are still unknown (having just moved). She was pretty much like "alright!" and that was that! Thank you so much Andrea, for your patience and your warmth!!! It really felt like she was trying to work WITH me to get me what I wanted, not upsell to me to get them what they want... which, btw, they have a right to do? They're a business, it should be expected. Yes, there was talk of our babies inevitably passing away one day by both Andrea and Sean, so they do play into emotion in that way, but on a scale of 1-100 on manipulation, I give it a 12. It's truly just a fact of life, and something I think about anyway, having a senior kitty. Honestly, it only magnifies my feelings of gratitude. Remember guys... it's advertised as a FREE photoshoot for your SENIOR animal... I think the idea of "they're only here for so long" is what motivates us as clients to book, right? Of course they're going to talk about it. If my experience is how they go about doing so, I am completely fine with it, especially given the outcome. Are they hoping to make some sales while they are setting up these FREE photoshoots? Of course!! The prices are much higher than I personally expected, yes, but try to see it as being given a free massage at a luxury spa--the prices for additional services will reflect the luxury that they provide to the luxurious clientele that they typically serve. So while it's good for us lower-income folk to mentally prepare for some "sticker shock" amongst the struggle of having to choose just one photo, remember that this is a luxury service that, usually, we might not even hope to consider--much less directly benefit from for free. I am truly blown away by their donation of time, effort, and resources to gift me this memory with my Boogs. I mean, that's crazy. It's crazy generous. If they were in my budget, I absolutely would have purchased some beautiful prints of my beautiful baby. The photos were excellent!! And honestly, this business DESERVES the support!! Such a long review! I actually had to trim it to even be able to post it, haha! Overall, I am so dang glad that I booked this, and I am SO grateful for the opportunity... Casey was our photographer, and from the very beginning the process felt thoughtful, well-organized, and intentionally designed to put us at ease. Communication was excellent throughout. We were given clear guidance ahead of time about what to expect, what to bring, and how to prepare, which made the entire experience feel calm and supported rather than rushed or stressful. The photo session itself felt relaxed, grounded, and genuinely luxurious -not in a flashy way, but in the sense that there was real care, presence, and attention given to both the environment and the experience. It allowed us to be more ourselves and capture something deeper than just posed images. The image viewing experience was especially meaningful. The person who guided us through the showing was incredibly attentive and skillful, helping us orient to what we wanted to take away from the experience and how to choose images in a way that felt aligned and intentional. I applied for their Fur Baby/Family Portrait Experience through an Instagram ad. You get a "free" photoshoot and a complimentary 8x10 printed portrait. The staff are friendly and professional. When I call, they pick up. They answer all my questions. The studio is neat and quiet. The bathroom is clean and tidy. The photographer was absolutely wonderful. She was super sweet and fun to talk to. She made sure my cat was comfortable and offered multiple breaks so he wasn't too stressed out. She did a great job guiding us into poses and suggesting little tweaks. The pictures came out so well! As far as the process of picking out photos, I definitely felt pressured and manipulated. They ask a lot of personal questions and really try to pull at your heartstrings. Even though the photos came out really well, their pricing was very steep. I got 8 unedited digital photos for $800, and that's including my $100 deposit. I've done professional shoots for myself and it's never been that expensive ($500 or less for edited photos). I really didn't want to pay that price, but the pictures came out better than I expected. Even though the photos were unedited, they were really great quality (they actually looked edited). I opted to do the payment plan and got it paid off quickly. They told me it could take months to get my free 8x10 print, which made no sense to me since it was unedited. It took about a month and a half to arrive. They also wanted to wait to send me my digital photos until my physical print arrived, but I wasn't having that. They finally caved and sent me a link. I love the digital photos, the 8x10, and the overall experience, but the pricing and manipulation I did not. Would I do it again? Probably not, but if you can afford it, the picture quality is really good and the photographer is amazing. read more

I am updating my review. On 05/09/25 I did receive my photos and of the misunderstanding they added extra copies of my choice which I can appreciate as Bokeh didn't have to do that. I'm bumping up my review from one to 3 stars because after I writing my original review the owner Tim did reach out to me via email to find out what happened there were definitely some misunderstandings and the first photo being sent to wrong address and they receiving a photo I never picked out. Thank you, Tim for getting this resolved for me. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is I will apologize for calling them a scam , however I think that when we the customers are promised something it should taken care of in a timely matter or at least kept you customers updated. You can understand why some may feel or think they are being scammed. I'm not sure if your introduction on the main Yelp page is poking fun of customers who haven't receive what they were promised etc... Yes, they may feel ripped off or scammed, but you have to understand why? I don't think it should ever get to a point of having to write a negative review to be able to get something resolved. My partner and I had the opportunity to do their Pet Photography photo session with our two doggos! I applied through IG when I saw it comes with the a free photo shoot AND a free 8x10 print. Honestly, we have never even considered getting professional photos done bc it seemed too expensive, so we were glad to take the offer! The photoshoot went by so fast. Tip: be about 10 minutes early to get dressed. They had a dressing room to change in, but def have your hair and make up done already. I'll be honest I was a little stressed DURING the photo shoot, only bc I was so worried about it it was going well, if the doggies were doing okay, if we were getting good shots. One of my dogs is a 13 year old tri-pawd (three legs), so he got tired super easily and was SO over the posing. But our photographer made it work and gave him places to lay comfortably in the photos! I didn't realize that we weren't going to see the photos right away (again we've done anything like this lol), so I was concerned that they said it would be a couple days before the viewing and ordering session. We live pretty far and drove 3 hours for this opportunity. Luckily they offered Zoom ordering sessions too, so we didn't have to drive all the way out again! We did our Zoom ordering session less than a week after our photoshoot. Note that for the Zoom ones, they ask you to send a picture of your wall & a blank piece of printer paper where you might want to hang the photo, so they can show you different sizing and how it'll look. First of all, I was SO impressed with the photos. Again I was so overwhelmed during the photoshoot & our doggos weren't always cooperative, I 100% expected to the worst. My old doggo was sooo over the photoshoot like 5 min in, and he wouldn't even look at the camera LOL. But omg kudos to our photographer bc she captured some really good shots. My doggos looked so cute, I was like damn should they be models?! Amanda was super friendly during our ordering session. I read some other reviews about clients feeling pressured, so I came in prepared, but honestly I don't feel like she was ever trying to pressure us to buy if we could not afford. I was pretty forthcoming that our finances aren't the best, which is why we were lucky for this free opportunity. She totally understood and reminded us that that's the whole point of the pet project-- to make this fancy experience accessible to people who might not have that luxury! Yes, definitely they play at the emotional value of investing in their artwork, which is totally valid. But at every point, Amanda was just giving us as many options as possible to work with us and our financial constraints. We considered the payment plans and maybe just opting for the digital so we could at least have them, but ultimately it was out of realistic budget. When we came to that conclusion, Amanda was super understanding and didn't push further. So yes, maybe be prepared to have your heart strings tugged at. But rightfully so, they're a business doing free sessions for MULTIPLE people over the years. They have the right to try and make some sales along the way. But we absolutely never felt overly pressured. I'm really excited to get the photo in the mail. I was super sad to admit we couldn't afford any of the bigger and better packages, but again I'm just super grateful we got to do this. read more

I would give them no stars if I could as they have poor business practices. I was really looking forward to our session it's been a hard year for us and we just wanted to do something nice for ourselves. But after we booked we realized the dates wouldn't work for us as we saw the pictures are pretty pricey after your "free" 8x10 picture so I reached out to them to see if we could reschedule for a date early next year or else we would have to cancel and their calendar doesn't go that far out so we understood it needed to be cancelled. I message today as our apt is on the 12th to make sure it was cancelled and they say yes it has been cancelled since the first inquiry on Sept 23 so I ask when do I get my deposit back. They said I do not get it back since it's been less than 9 days till our apt that I cancelled. But you just said it's been cancelled since Sept 23? If we both agree the rescheduling didn't work then that means it's cancelled just like you said. Now they are refusing to give it to me and tried to end the conversation. Hire any local photographer than this place they are a complete scam and do not honor their own policies. UPDATE: After reading their pathetically unprofessional response to my review I have to laugh. I was told my deposit could be refunded if it was outside of the 9 day timeframe before the appt. I had this full conversation with them where they kept changing the policy to fit their narrative and tried to close the conversation. They did not respond to me only until after I left them a review and not when I texted them. After I sent them a text saying I will dispute the charge with my bank, go to their studio in person and talk or blast them on social media since that's the only way to get their attention, which is what happened. If I didn't, my deposit wouldn't have been refunded. And now after seeing how they handle responses to their poor fraudulent business practices I can see I made the right decision in not working with them. There are so many local photographers that do great work for much cheaper and are kind human beings. Stay far away from this trash of a business as possible. read more

The first red flag was when they called w/in 30min of me submitting my info to tell me I "won" the free fur-baby photo, really emphasized the value of it, collected a $100 deposit from me, then only afterward told me if I back out or reschedule w/in ~10 days, it's nonrefundable. I expected a photo in exchange for a sales pitch but the creative director Amanda used emotional pressure and odd, manipulative questions, like asking how I'll feel when my elderly dog is dead and I don't have any photos (I actually laughed, because I wasn't expecting her to stoop down to that level) then when all I said was that I'd feel sad, she said that happened to her and forced out some tears. When I said I can't afford extra photos for ~$600-1000+, because of recent vet bills and surgery for myself coming up, she pushed a payment plan and even asked some personal questions about my dog's health and my surgery, and said the photos would be a good memory of when my dog and I are still alive and well. After an hour of her act, we settled on ~$400 for 3 small prints and 8 digital copies, all unedited. They did deliver the photos, so it wasn't a total scam but their sales tactics were deceptive and uncomfortable. The owner's defensive responses to other negative reviews suggest this isn't unusual. Bokeh made it very clear that all my phone calls/meetings were recorded so they know I'm not lying about any of this, they have the proof. I will say that the customer service was flexible when I unexpectedly needed to reschedule several times, and they told me the viewing appt was required in-person but when I said I had driven 4 hrs to the studio they allowed a zoom call. The photographer was professional, patient and took some great photos. The price was steep, especially since touch-ups would've been an extra $100 for me, but I did like them. Bokeh Creatives Fine Art Portraiture -- a total scam of an "experience." My husband and I drove FIVE HOURS for what was supposed to be a fun, special photo session we won. We were genuinely excited and fully intended to spend money ordering multiple prints for our new home, not just the free 8x10. We even put a deposit down. Instead, it's been nothing but a nightmare of poor communication, hidden policies, and zero accountability. The so-called "wall photo" requirement was never mentioned until after our session. After the shoot, they called us while we were still driving to schedule the follow-up appointment. I explained I didn't have my calendar in front of me (because I was literally behind the wheel), but instead of offering to call back, they pressured us to pick a time on the spot. During that same rushed call, we were told to "check the email for details." That's when we first learned about this ridiculous "wall photo" requirement, something that was never disclosed prior. I immediately explained that we were in the middle of moving and couldn't easily provide that, but that we still wanted to keep the appointment and not delay things further. The earliest available date was three weeks later, which we accepted. Then, without any notice, they canceled our Zoom appointment and insisted we come in person, even after we had made it clear that we live hours away. When I voiced my concerns, their response was cold, defensive, and condescending. Rather than acknowledging their mistake or showing a shred of understanding, they hid behind "policy" and flatly stated it "cannot be broken." I'm sorry, but why on earth do you need a photo of a wall to show us the photos we already took? It's absurd, unprofessional, and makes absolutely no sense. What should have been a joyful, creative, and memorable experience turned into a complete disaster filled with stress, disrespect, and empty excuses. Customer service clearly means nothing to this company. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Get every tiny detail in writing; or better yet, don't waste your time at all. There are plenty of talented photographers out there who actually value their clients and know how to treat people with basic respect. (No photos to post since we drove five hours only to end up with nothing.) My repones to Tim's message below: Tim, Your response here perfectly illustrates the issue. Instead of listening to a frustrated customer, you've chosen to argue publicly, accuse me of lying, and even threaten to post private correspondence. That level of hostility and defensiveness says far more than my review ever could. To clarify for anyone reading: The "wall photo" requirement was never mentioned during my booking or before our session. I was called while driving and pressured to book immediately. There was no "insistence" from me to continue, I simply tried to cooperate because your team wouldn't offer a call back. The appointment was canceled without warning by YOU, and we were told we could not proceed without a photo of a wall something that was never disclosed ahead of time. And something we sent! You've refunded the deposit, which is appropriate, but that doesn't erase the poor communication, the lack of transparency, or the unprofessional way this was handled -- including your tone here. This was supposed to be a fun experience. It turned into the exact opposite. I stand by every word of my review. 3rd edit: only after Tim continued to email me after I had already asked him to no longer contact me did I tell him he did not have my permission to upload calls/ emails and any further correspondence would be reported to BBB. Me and my dog had the most amazing experience getting our pictures taken here. It was so well organized. Everything went very smoothly. They took their time to get the perfect pictures of me and my pup and listen to everything that I wanted to get done as well as had their own creative touches that just made everything absolutely perfect. I highly suggest the studio if you are looking to get any pet portraits, they were very patient and accommodating. They even had some treats there that my dog was obsessed with! We got to change outfits and do every thing that we wanted as well as as poses that they had set up for us that just turned out adorable! The ordering session went so amazing and our $50 deposit turned into a $500 credit towards our ordering session which was amazing on top of our free pet portrait session! I definitely did not feel pressured to order anything outside of my budget and I'm very happy with the result of our pictures. So after I left this review, the owner Tim replied with a rather emotionally charged and very unprofessional response and tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong for calling his scam what it is, a scam. There are countless other 1 star reviews saying the same thing, and more get added every week. Also he's running a promo for everyone that leaves a 1 star review mentioning "scam"? Must be quite a few of these reviews popping up to justify a $750 credit! He deleted his response to this eventually, but I'm posting it again so any potential customers for this business can see how they will be treated if they so much as attempt to call out the incredibly unethical and sketchy practices that these "photographers" are using. My card was never refunded. I don't trust these people and neither should you. Just take a look at how the Owner of this company conducts himself online and treats potential customers, and the fact that he can't even own up to it afterwards! I felt awful sharing my husband's story and disability but thankful I didn't fall for the scam. In our session I had lipstick on my teeth (I am a Professional Model; if your a good photographer; you would instantly see this and let the person know to fix this) instead when we were choosing the images they said that it can all be fixed by the person IF YOU PURCHASE one of there portraits. This is Crazy! Instead I got sent a gifted picture with lipstick all over my teeth. She took the time to make sure our dog was comfortable before going right into pictures and she got out all the toys necessary to help get his attention to capture him looking at the camera. Well I wanted to believe this business was legit. I signed up to win a free pet photo shoot on Instagram. The next day I received several texts and phone calls saying you have been selected etc. To start they have a very restrictive scheduling process with many restrictions and a $99 deposit requirement which is forfeited if you don't meet their requirements. With this in mind I made sure I was on time. The young photographer was pleasant and the shoot went well. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one present. Before you can receive your free unfinished 8x10 you must schedule another appointment to view the results with another $99 deposit. Not wanting to drive to Roseville I emailed for pricing. A pleasant person named Timara answered letting me know the least expensive photo they sell is $600. For $600 you should get an entire package not one small picture. I asked Timara to mail my 8x10. She advised there is a $25 fee for mailing which I paid. 8 weeks later no photo and no response to my emails. Total scam. read more

Okay now that I have my photos I can be honest. This whole experience was so uncomfortable. I signed up for a promotion where you get a free 8x10 if you bring in your pets. I recieved a call and the person was very nice but a little creepy. They kept asking me the same questions over and over like "how do your pets make you feel?" "How did they change your life?" "How have they improved your life?" Like at first I thought.. okay this is nice they are actually interested about pets but then I was getting annoyed. Whatever. So I scheduled the visit. And paid a 100$ holding fee. The shoot comes, I was about 10 min late (MY FAULT) and they told us that they could do the shoot still but it would have to be quick. Ok whatever. It was quick but I had high hopes for the photos. They tell us we can come back in a week or so and view the photos. A woman meets me who AGAIN asks me the same questions about my pets. It was WEIRD. I was obviously done answering questions about how much I love them and what they mean to me but it just felt like it didn't end. I would've walked about but they still have my 100$. 15 min later we FINALLY go to the room to view photos and they are awesome, I can't lie. But after choosing maybe 4 photos as favorites, we then choose which one will be the free one that is printed. The other photos we talk to the woman about getting prints or canvases or wall tiles and we choose a modest combination, nothing huge or flashy.. and the TOTAL COMES TO OVER 3K. Because they have to send the photos to be edited and perfected to specialists they have around the world. WHO THE HELL CAN AFFORD THAT? I felt embarrassed and upset because the photos are of my dogs and they're adorable. My stomach turning, I say I can't afford that and we talk about other options. She says I can get one printed on a canvas for another absurd amount, maybe around 1k. She also said I could finance the photos like wtf. I mustered up the courage to ask if I could just have them digitally and she said they usually don't do that but they would make an exception. So yeah I paid like 500$ (100$ holding fee went towards that) for my three photos digitally. They also ask if we can write a review to get a discount. That is why I wrote the review above. So we leave and I'm happy with the photos but shocked by the price. I'm left feeling broke AF but I couldn't pass the photos up. Like they are your pets. :( so yeah I just let it go. Fast forward, we get our free picture in the mail and it looks like my boyfriend has a black eye in the family photo we chose.. like what? I thought you had specialists editing photos? Anyways, I call and someone tells me they would reach out soon. I didn't get a call back but I did get a fixed photo in the mail shortly after. It also took about 4 months the other photos digitally. Such a weird and humiliating experience. They really rope you in and make you feel like your hands are tied. They should have a disclaimer when offering these promotions where you get a free 8x10, that purchasing other photos could cost up to 1k or whatever. Like maybe say FYI for 3 edited pictures it can cost up to 600$. One canvas can cost up to 500$. For this bundle it would cost 3k. Yeah it was the weirdest thing ever. Giving two stars because I love my pics and thank god I had the money to get the digitals or I would have thought about them for the rest of my life lol. But this place is crazy. Do not go. Go somewhere else for pictures that are just as nice and won't cost as much as your rent for the month read more

Thank you for not forcing us to go through your time share process as others had mentioned. I knew the free dog photo shoot was scam (advertised on Instagram so it couldn't be too amazing) but we were willing to go through the pony show for the experience and maybe we would fall in love with a pic. Thank you for not giving us that opportunity and I only wish I came to read some reviews sooner. The actual photography session was enjoyable. We liked the woman and it was the first time we had ever done anything like that with our pup. It was fun to see him adapt and we all had fun. Timara you should really learn how to answer your phone. And to boldly ask us as I am 3 minutes away and can see the building after we skipped our lunch break on a Friday to try to scramble to you if we would like to reschedule...I admire you. I admire how shameless you have to be to know that you would get a review and have your name thrown around and still be willing to play the "against our policy" game to keep a $99 deposit. I truly and honestly hope you get my $99 to yourself as a bonus because you deserve it. If you had let us come in, everyone there could have benefited by upselling us to oblivion but your selfishness cost everyone that opportunity. I would rather go to the photo studio in the mall and endure that mess than ever talk to these people again. Will update when photos come in. PROCESS FOR FIRST CONTACT I signed up for their raffle on a random day through IG. I originally signed up for my senior dog but he ended up passing a month before I heard back. However, I do have more fur babies that I would love professional photos of. Not having a professional photo of my senior dog that passed was one of my regrets. Did not expect him to go through something so tough. They called me and let me know I was selected for a free photo session with a gifted 8x10 photo. They were very pleasant over the phone. Asked me a couple questions about my dogs so the photographer knows what they are dealing with. TRUST ME, lots of pet parents cannot accurately read dog behavior and assume that their dog is friendly because they act like that at home... Outside of home is a different story especially if you do not train or socialize your dog right. I'm glad they let me know it was a recorded line as a lot of companies FAIL to disclose this. I would rather that I am informed than not informed, especially if anything were to go wrong or the wrong information was given out. They let me know if I wanted to purchase additional prints that it would be at an additional cost. Totally OK with that, I was planning to buy more anyways. She let me know there was a $100 refundable deposit to secure our appointment or it can be used as a credit for additional prints. That was fine, a lot of people sign up for free things and flake. The deposit is to ensure that you come in and do not waste their time. They took my card information over the phone. Again, I use my credit card because if anything goes wrong it is easier to dispute or get refunded. I would never give debit card information over the phone ANYWHERE. PHOTOSHOOT They are strict on time to respect others, so respect their time as well. If you cannot be on-time, that just screams entitled to me... especially for a free photoshoot. Anyways, Anita our photographer was very patient. My 6 month old puppy (big dog) has a jumping problem when she gets super excited. My older dog just can't sit still for the life of him. Anita handled both very well and reassured me these are some common behaviors they experience. Luckily I brought along treats and was able to lure my dogs into poses. She even asked if I wanted any specific poses that I wanted photographed. I am still very sorry that my big dog kept jumping on you! When the session is finished, they give you a paper to stick on the wall where you would put a big print. This is to allow them to show you different sizes that you might be interested in. (Note: Please remember that this print is an additional cost. Only the 8x10 is a gift.) You have 24 hours to send them the photo of the wall. ZOOM APPOINTMENT I chose zoom appointment as I live almost 2 hours away. Again, strict time policy which I dont mind. If anything, they remind you through text and email multiple times on how to login and what their policies are. Amanda was so amazing and very thorough! She let me know if that there is anything I wanted to be changed to let her know so they can fix it. She took down every note as I was speaking. She was very patient with us which I am glad as we are indecisive lol. She seemed very into the process as we were. She made us feel very cared for. Nice conversation about our fur babies and her own. She kept reiterating if I dont like something to let her know. So glad she did as I did catch a couple things I was nitpicky about. She even showed examples of what the artist can change (clothing, face, and hair mishaps. they can even fix the direction your fur baby is looking). To pay for additional prints you have a few options. Affirm, Bread, pay in full, etc. We went with Affirm and got approved for 0% APR for 12 months. Amanda let us know that turnaround time is 15 weeks. She said to expect it in November and that they would come in multiple packages. I know she mentioned the photobook coming from Italy. I am very excited for my prints! She gave me the backstory on why they do these free shoots for our fur babies and it touched my heart as I can relate. Price I paid almost 4k for everything I wanted. I mainly just paid for the 40in canvas and everything else was thrown in. For 4k, these pictures and memories are priceless. I'm not sure how Anita got these beautiful pictures when they kept moving! Photography and artistry touch up take a lot of time, effort, and skill. I for sure can't do it myself. If you want cheaper prices, try contacting someone who is just starting out or try it yourself ‍ Everyone so far was very accommodating and transparent. If you don't like something, speak up and I'm sure they will be glad to help. SO FAR, SO GOOD. THANK YOU BOKEH! CAN'T WAIT FOR MY PRINTS. read more

The atmosphere here was professional and friendly! I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked into the door along with my man and our two big fur babies! Haha our photographer was patient and our dogs loved working with her. This place is definitely a hidden gem here in Roseville and I'd recommend my friends and family to use this place for beautiful portraits of their loved ones. Very impressed. read more

I wanted a portrait with my cat Libby. And being in the car for 25+ mins is not fun. But what was fun is just as we arrived, were greeted with warmth and smiles. We had the best time with Anna ! But to be honest the whole experience was wonderful. I brought my husband and cat Libby to do a portrait. Not only are they so kind and generous with their time. They allowed me to have my cat feel comfortable in the space. That helped so so so much. Being animal people. This is the best!! read more

This place is definitely a scam as people say. I "won" a portrait of my dog on instagram. Then when i arrived to choose which picture i wanted, they approached me with very aggressive sales tactics from Elhum asking basically how much i could spend because otherwise i only get a small unedited picture. so i fell for it and ordered an additional picture and edit (otherwise the pic they took that i would have received for free was in a small room with terrible flooring and a cheap backdrop and thats what i "won") unamused.. The pictures look poorly edited. No attention to detail They didn't even edit what i asked them to edit. All of the pictures are not what i was expecting and not worth the money. My wife and I went in not knowing what to expect and following the free session. We ended up having an amazing experience, enjoying every aspect of the process. Our photographer was patient and generous towards my wife and I and our dog. We loved working with the art director to determine which photos we love without the pressure to spend a bunch of money. This comfort led us to spend some money to secure such emotional and rewarding photos. We can't wait to see what we receive but have a lot of faith for the team to provide a sweet of photos we can be proud of. They took us in on time for our portrait sitting with our dog. The gal at the front desk was friendly and walked us back to a large room set up with a dark backdrop and different types of chairs to pose in. I was pleased that she loved dogs and was able to get a picture of our big puppy who was not acting that calm to sit for very long. As she was the photographer, her patience about it was appreciated as she kept laughing and smiling the whole time. We were in there with her for about 30 minutes. Must return in a couple of weeks to choose which ones we would like to purchase. No idea as to how much it will cost nor was it something you can know until after you come back. read more

Believe the reviews about the poor customer service. It is not a joke. Tim obviously has no idea how to run a business and likes to reply to customer feedback with threats. We asked you to immediately cease contact with us, and you contacted us again, along with continuing to spread slanderous accusations in your replies. This is starting to feel like borderline harassment. The only decent part of our experience was our photographer, she was lovely, everyone else we have worked with has had behavior beyond reproach. I came here to do portraits with my dog, and first thing first, he had the best time of his life. He zoomed all over the studio while we tried to take pictures and we were cracking up so hard. He was a goof! I'm surprised we got any pictures at all, but we did, and they are AMAZING! When Elhum came out to show me the pictures and discuss the package options, she was very kind and thorough. I have a tough time making decisions, so she was very helpful with that too. I really recommend this studio to everyone and anyone looking for a picture or portrait to last a lifetime. I want to make it clear that I'm not just writing this to release my frustration or dopamine. I genuinely hope this review is useful for others who might be expecting more from them. I was really looking forward to this photography experience and made every effort to be there on time. Initially, the process seemed promising the first session was smooth, and the staff was kind and accommodating. However, my second visit left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Despite arriving within the extended timeframe given (4:10), I needed to use the bathroom for just a few minutes after a long drive. When I returned, the photographer refused to take my session, stating that I was 'late' and she had family commitments. I completely respect personal schedules, but after traveling nearly two hours and taking time off work for this opportunity, I expected at least some level of understanding. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that this was meant to be an appreciation event, yet I paid $49 for the session.If a company offers such an opportunity, it should come with a sense of flexibility and consideration for those making the effort to participate. Strict adherence to the clock, without acknowledging the circumstances, makes it feel less like appreciation and more like a rigid business transaction. Now, after all of this, I have to reschedule just to get what I already paid for. They have offered to send me an 8x10 portrait, which I appreciate, but the entire experience has been unnecessarily difficult. To make things worse, there was a huge miscommunication. Since my husband was in the portrait, they told me that for the rescheduled session, he needed to be there. But when I called earlier on another day, they told me it was fine for me to come alone. It's incredibly inconvenient when different staff members give different information, making the entire process even more frustrating. I do want to mention that Amanda at the front desk was really nice to me. Maybe she was trying to calm me down or just explain the situation better, but I was already frustrated and probably came off as cold to her. If she happens to read this, I sincerely apologize for that I do appreciate her kindness. However, my frustration is with the entire photography policy . The way they handled everything made this feel more like a rigid business rather than a photography experience. They offered me this opportunity, they told me Bruno was a finalist, but in the end, all of this effort and hassle just for one picture? It doesn't feel like appreciation at all. There should have been more flexibility instead of making it so difficult. As of now, I am giving 3 stars based on my overall experience because I am also l going to receive my portrait in few weeks.If the portrait they send meets expectations, I may reconsider my rating. However, the hassle of rescheduling, the lack of flexibility, and the inconsistent information from different staff members made this experience more frustrating than it should have been. read more
