I feel bad leaving this but I also feel it's necessary. I pulled up to the drive thru with no cars in front of me, and only a few in the lot. Suddenly on the speaker someone announced, "I am not taking orders for 15 minutes." I said "if I come inside, will someone take me order?" "No, I am not taking any orders for 15min." "May I ask why?" "It's just me and I have too much to do." "Ok, I'll just wait. Just let me know when you're ready." *places car in park* "no you need to pull in a space. You cannot sit in my drive." "Why?" "....I'll let you know when I'm ready." I ordered two sausage biscuits about 15 minutes later. They asked me to pull up and wait after I paid. Meanwhile the line behind me is piling up. Now, Several cars have come and gone. It's 15 minutes after I placed my order. Still no food. :( not sure what I did to deserve this today. Usually karma is on my side. Good lord. Went here because the Hardees across the way was taking forever, I see why this was quicker. This is more of a general Bojangles review than this one in particular, but both are positively vomit inducing. And literally, it turns out. Lady taking the order was extremely friendly and up beat, that's the end of anything positive I have for you. Last time I went to one was a lack of options road trip stop and I figured that "pulled pork" sandwich would champion the worst thing I've eaten for much longer than it did. Cajun sandwich was absolutely disgusting, bread falling apart, lettuce so old you could see through it, "fillet" that tasted like garbage, on and on. I had four bites and cut my losses and threw it out. Soda had that old machine chalky taste like the machine hasn't been cleaned in years, which is odd for a place that hasn't been open long. It should close, as should all their other locations. Temporarily took them off the ban list because I didn't feel like going out of my way elsewhere but the entire franchise is back on it for the rest of my days. "Gross" depicts this garbage so, so, so much better than it has earned. Also threw up about an hour after consumption. Surprised it took that long, but a shame for them because if it had finished digestion it probably would have came out a more appealing meal on the other end. read more

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes the drive thru didn't even move, there were maybe 7 cars in line besides me, so I went inside. After I waited another 20 minutes still haven't ordered yet. I heard someone politely ask the lady that he had been there 20 minutes and he wanted to inquire how much longer. The lady running the front snorted and said very rudely "I'm only one person." I understand if they are under staffed but she was also standing around doing nothing which made the crowd waiting cringe. I felt I had been very very patient, so I left and went to KFC on Rivers where I only waited 5 minutes. Good ole KFC. read more

I've been four times and and all four times they managed to screw up my order. I always order my sandwiches with big mayo. This last time the manager even asked the staff if the sandwich was made with no mayo but sure enough there was mayo gobbed all over it. The building is really nice and I was really hoping that this was just growing pains of a new business but it doesn't appear to be that way. read more

Food is as you would expect from fast food chicken. Staff is friendly enough but man this location is SLOW! Drive-thru or carry out it takes forever. And, if its busy, let me just suggest that you keep moving because you'll starve to death before they get your food to you. read more

Hands weren't clean, cross contamination, no care to have safety standards while we're in a PANDEMIC, nevertheless they should know to wear gloves when fixing food. I work in the Buisness center behind this location and have always received pleasant attitudes and faces while going through the drive thru for breakfast and lunch. Today this place was so empty so figured it should be a breeze, after ordering and paying at the first window I get to the second window and soon as it opens a young girl has the look of disgust on her face and was completely rude from the second the window opened. They didn't have my all food cooked and it would take an additional 7mins.. this is something that could have been relayed before I paid however I understand accidents happen but a nasty attitude while handling other people's food causes restaurants to LOOSE Buisness. read more

District manager needs to come in and reevaluate this location I don't know if it's management but it is absolutely awful and the only somewhat decent person I came across was the one who helped me and he was very nice but the few ladies that y'all have in there they are rude. Literally standing at the register where I'm supposed to order at the manager Walks By Me on the other side of the counter and says somebody will be right with you after I'd already been standing there about 10 minutes cool no problem I've got a lot of patience again I work in food and beverage but when I finally get acknowledged I get told to come down to the end of the counter pretty much where you pick your food up at and she'll take my order there and ring it up at the drive-thru POS system , but please no reason to get a stank face because you forgot to put napkin in a bag Common Sense tells you when you eat you want some napkins so don't get ill when people ask you for simple things that you either intentionally forgot or just chose not to do it and if the manager has enough breast to acknowledge the eight people standing in line not knowing where to order but telling them that somebody will be with him and just a few moments but only paying attention to the drive-through like why couldn't you just get on your own register and continue to take orders and not let your kitchen crash the way that it does on a daily basis hear it I don't ever write bad reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous and honestly it starts with management you can't expect much from your employees when your management doesn't expect much in general the whole store needs to be replace or retrain. I recently checked out the new bojangles in North Rhett in Park Circle and I must say it was not the best experience. I placed my order in the drive thru. The order taker was very friendly so that was a plus. My food on the other hand was horrible. When I pulled up to the window I was given someone else's food. When I did receive my order, I had the wrong side and my soda was flat. It was the $5 box I ordered. It came with 2 thighs, a biscuit and your choice of sides. My thigh pieces looked like tenders and instead of Mac and Cheese, I was given fries. Needless to say I won't be returning to that location or any other bojangles. I'll stick with Popeyes or Publix. read more

This was the LONGEST I have ever waited in a drive thru in my life. Solid 35 minutes. When we finally looked into the kitchen they had literally nothing prepared. I have absolutely no clue what these people were doing inside that building but it seemed like they were making every order from complete scratch. Brand new restaurant. Came for lunch with high expectations. Waited a long time for my food then had to reorder it. Couldn't find a clean table to eat on or a trash can to put my trash in. There were trays with refuse and food leftovers on them stacked up on the same counter with the condiments, utensils, and napkins. Really nasty and really disappointing. Tried this location for the first time yesterday and I must say I was highly disappointed. First of all for a chain that's famous for chicken and biscuits this location definitely lacked the the skills required to make just that. I'm not sure what kind of sad excuse that was for a biscuit but it was definitely not Bojangles standard. Hopefully in about a year from now I'll try this location again and pray it gets better. If you don't have the personality first thing in the AM then please don't take a position in which you will have to deal with a variety of customers. I went thru the drive thru and placed my order, I know my speech is very clear but the young lady at the payment window must have had other things on her mind, so once I clarified my order and waited to pay , I get to the window and she takes my payment then turns her back to me ,I ask for my receipt and she waves me off. My order was simple but guess what it was messed up. Maybe if I had gotten my receipt I would have seen it wasn't correct. We have been excited to try this location since it opened. Very nice on the inside! Clean and brand new and great! The person that took my order was so friendly! I had the 4 of supremes combo with mac and cheese and boyfriend had the Cajun filet biscuit combo with fries. Also had a bo berry biscuit each! Food was great! Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the biscuits were a bit burnt, but they are new and still figuring everything out. Will definitely return! read more
