This was my first time trying Bojangles. I had heard mixed opinions, but i'm from massachusetts and wanted to give it a try. the service was pretty quick. I wasn't expecting much, but the food was actually great. i just got some chicken tenders and fries, both the chicken and fries were very well seasoned, and even the biscuit was good. the atmosphere was like your average southern cuisine. i really liked Bojangles. read more

First of all the service was horrible! As I got to the drive thru the lady asked can she take my order, I politely said can you give me a moment and she got a nasty attitude when I said I was ready!! She told me, well now I'm not so u have to wait and that really did it for me! I will never eat there again! My husband and I went to this Bojangles for a Sausage and Egg biscuit two weeks ago. We went through the drive through. When we parked and took our biscuits out of the bag they were ice cold like they just came out of a refrigerator. There was zero warmth. It was very gross...who wants an ice cold biscuit. Threw them in the trash and went to the diner down the street to eat. Will never return to Bojangles for anything. Yuck!!! read more

Was not acknowledged at all. From the time I walked into the building until the time I walked out. The was 1 other person in the lobby when I walked in that was waiting on her food (we pulled up around the same time; she got out of her vehicle before I did by like 2 minutes.) The crooked tooth lady working the window. Once arriving at the window I noticed the drinks I ordered were not as ordered, so as one does; tries to correct the order. The lady then set the drinks down shoved the bag with the receipt attached in my face trying to show me the receipt and told me I was wrong. She did not try to rectify the situation. I then asked if I could get a large and her response was "they don't come in larges!". She then tells me to get out of her line and shuts the window. read more

Customer service needs improvement. Their biscuit was too hard and burnt. Their chicken tenders were over cooked. The only thing I enjoyed was the sweet tea. If only Gordon Ramsey could see how these restaurants operate. read more

This location has always treated me well usually come through the drive-through early in the morning to grab something on the way to work. I felt the need to write an amazing review about the superior customer service I received at this location. I was here in Jacksonville for a temporary work assignment and visited Bojangles (numerous locations in the area) throughout my stay. This location in particular messed up my order on one occasion. I stay 20 mins away from this location and was utterly upset with experience. I called the location and spoke with Racheal one of the managers at this location. She apologized and provided me with a replacement meal for both dinner and breakfast. During my visit for dinner, I encountered Maria one of the other managers who ensured the order was properly placed together and hot upon my arrival. I am writing this to say; thank you so much Racheal and Maria for your great customer service. You guys exemplify the gold standard of customer service which many establishments lack, today. Food is always decent here. With that being said consistency on on menu compared to what I received. I ordered the 3 piece dinner which on the menu says a leg and two thighs. I received a leg, wing, and breast. Didn't realize til I opened it up at my house. Disappointed that staff doesn't know their own menu. read more

When I moved here every Bojangles had bad reviews but so far I've yet to have a bad experience. Service is always good and I never get stuck in long drive-thru lines and my orders always correct. Plus they never act stingy with sauces at all. Love their Cajun filet and sweet tea. Not to mention the cheddar bo is delicious! read more
