RUDE RECEPTIONIST from first initial contact, scheduling, incompetent with giving clear and concise directions and unfriendly/unwelcoming atmosphere. Privacy concerns. Door was not completely shut and people in lobby could hear convo w/ provider. Then the provider walked out of room and left the door open while I was putting my socks and shoes on. Everyone in lobby was able to view. WILL NOT be recommending this office. Appointment was a waste of time and money. I am pleased with the diabetic foot exam and that's about it! :( read more

I went to dr boggs without an appointment and was seen in an appropriate time, not having an appointment, he was very to the point, not sugar coating anything. Diagnosed a stress fracture with. Squeezes of my foot, confirmed it with an X-ray (in office) so i didn't have to wait hours in a hospital. And showed me the fracture. Put me in a shoe and I'm better. Couldn't be happier. Super nice guy. Not a "doctor " that is high and mighty read more

Wife saw the Dr. and he didnt even take x-rays. Recommended special foot pads at $35.00 which he sold of course. The company is no longer selling them to get the right size. Now hobbeling around and they cant see her till much later. I would drive to Las Vegas before seeing him again. read more

He was kind, upbeat, and attentive, making a stressful situation much easier. Drs are all bottom of the barrel other wise they wouldn't be in Needles.. I have seen the ER DR's high on drugs.. When I arrived, there were only a couple of people in the waiting room. Before I was ever registered or asked about my symptoms, the receptionist, Holly, told me she was too busy because of other patients and an ambulance. I was told I could either wait until she had time to check me in like in 3 hours or go somewhere else. it was dead only 3 patient. I was never registered, never triaged, and never evaluated by a nurse or doctor. When I later tried to make a complaint, I was told there was no supervisor available who could address my concerns. I left and drove to another emergency room, where I received treatment. Looking back, I'm grateful I made that decision. If my experience is any indication, I would strongly encourage anyone with a serious medical concern to consider driving the extra distance to another emergency department if it's safe to do so. I have filed formal complaints with the hospital and the California Department of Public Health because I believe what happened deserves a full investigation.
