I flip properties, buy properties and this firm is my main go to - I refer tons of clients to them as well. I have worked with this group since they first go going over 20 years ago - this is a real estate closing firm that should be on everyone's short list!! Getting hit with higher taxed after closing is going to happen to buyers everywhere. The property taxes are estimated by the lender not the closing attorneys! Never in my life have I ever waited more than 2/3 days for a title search to clear. Something is off about this firm. The communication is terrible too. I have to call up there everyday just to get an update and they say the same thing every time. "We will let you know when it clears". I will never ever use this firm to close again. This has been the worst experience ever. There is no urgency. And everyone acts like they don't know what's going on. Last we spoke they said they use Formaro Title Company to run searches. I had to cite to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct about the duty of attorneys to communicate with their clients in order to get a substantive response.
