We provide on demand pest control, and HVAC air filters for all of our properties, at no cost to you. Rent is collected electronically through a PM software called Appfolio which allows tenants to submit maintenance requests and communicate with us through the software. Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete. My previous review though truthful was harsh so I'm just going to say my experience was awful…read morerenting from this company for 3 years and even after moving they are unfair and overcharging me. I paid over 200 to have professionally cleaned after move out and received an outrageous bill after keeping my entire deposit and one line was 685 for cleaning. The ladies that cleaned my house scrubbed doors walls etc and this company is just awful. I would never rent from them again. Not to mention our electric bill for the duplex was well over 400 for a 3 bed duplex and our neighbor said hers was almost 700 because they refuse to admit there is anything wrong with either the house or ac unit but regardless happy to be out.
