Bodæga is a modern bakery and cafe located in the city center of Oaxaca. It's a small bakery with only one large communal table for dine-in seating. It's a popular spot though because we went a little after open and there was already a long line out the door. We stood in line for about 30 minutes before we ordered and were seated.
We ordered the cruffin ($75 MXN), danish ($75), and morning bun with ham and cheese ($85). The dishes were all very aesthetically looking and good. For drinks we got the americano ($60) and latte ($66) which were fine.
It's a smaller and simpler menu, and is more of a quick stop cafe than a full brunch spot. It's also not really traditional so you won't see too many local delicacies here but is still a good spot for coffee and pastries. read more
