You bring your own mat but if you don't you can rent for $2. It is a small space so make sure to come early. I took the flow movement class which was relaxing and helped me stretch out some aches from a fall I've had. The teacher, and owner, is friendly and well versed in this skill. It is also in the heart of downtown making it a perfect after work stop or during lunch! Despite the fact that I do not enjoy yoga, I will definitely be coming back!

I was skeptical of yoga at…read morethe start but Mike Chapman provides an evidence-based, rigorously scientific approach to physical health and fitness that is individualized for each student's unique physiology. If you have ever been to a "follow the leader" yoga class you will have discovered that one size does NOT fit all. Not only did Mike's practice teach me how to do yoga that has quantifiably improved my fitness and helped me recover from chronic shoulder, back and hip injuries but he has given my the knowledge and understanding to recognize those practices that might be harmful to my joints or tissues. Practice with Mike has resolved my wife's chronic knee problems to the amazement of her orthopedic surgeon. I cannot recommend the studio highly enough. If you have never contemplated yoga before or you have been doing it for years you will learn how to improve your fitness, recover from injuries and continue your practice for many years to come.
