Horrible!!! I came here to get my old gel manicure off. I wanted to give my nails some time to…read morebreathe and continue to grow long and strong. They told me that I come walk in for an appointment but clearly they didn't have the time for me. I've never had a worse manicure experience --- actually worse beauty experience --- ever!! She treated my hands with no care. She split all my nails in half and cut me. All of my nails are brittle and jagged. They were all long and strong and now they are all short about to break. Please don't go here. It was a horrible experience -- I left shaking and crying. And when I told her it hurt and I wanted them long, as I watched her chip my nails, she told me "it's ok". I felt very small, not how you are supposed to feel at the salon!
