I quickly signed up for a different appointment on a different day, she then called me to discuss . She talked about the different services she offers and everything sounded great. She said that she would touch base before the end of that business day to confirm or if there were any issues and I did not hear from her. I reached out several times a day by phone, voicemail and text to confirm the next day, no return call or text . Heard nothing. THREE HOURS before my scheduled service she cancels my appointment and asks if I can come on Tuesday Instead! In our discussion the day before she never mentioned that and only discussed this weekend. She also said she didn't have her phone on so she didn't see my messages -it's a business how do you disengage from it for almost a day when you have appointments open? When I texted her to please make this right and to be professional and get back to me, she ghosted me and went silent. She offered no correction or explanation. Nothing. There are too many good people out there who are willing to provide excellent service for me to be putting up with flaky people who can't keep an appointment for their own business to survive . Business is slow? Well maybe if you didn't flake out and cancel on customers two days in a row or post appointment times you are unable to keep, that would not be the case. She came as a referral from another business, which is sad and embarrassing.
