Once I learned the owner was who I'm working with and had seen the day before for the consult, I was more than good but then they made up a story about having an emergency (not true) and cancelled my appt a few hrs before I was supposed to go in. Bummer. When I asked to reschedule they were acting off and told me their "system was down." (Not true again.) I suspected I made Sasha uncomfortable by the time I got to her initially after speaking to their call center that claimed they were the front desk but Sasha confirmed they were not. I'm from the east coast so admittedly my tone may have been a bit direct after she said I was meeting with the injector I met with previously. I told her I've never been injected by anyone there before. What she meant is it's with the same woman I met with during my previous consult the day before. Slight miscommunication. No big deal. After feeling off about what I was trying to get clarity on, around credentials of my injector since new to their business, I decided to text the apology below to preempt any possible misunderstanding. I then called after a couple hrs of not hearing back about the new date and they blocked my number which I only knew because it was a busy signal & who gets a busy signal in 2025? So odd. I then get a text below refusing to work with me. This whole experience is so unfortunate. I was actually excited about having the privilege of working with the owner and was going to move all my Botox appts over to them etc. The only thing that makes sense is they've worked with some difficult clients and for some reason I reminded them of someone who might have been a past nightmare client. Have never been treated like this in my life. In 2023 I gave Tom's clinic a second try. After not seeing any change post treatment, I emailed expressing my concern and instead of any meaningful follow-up or solution, he simply pushed his usual three-treatment package. That lack of care made me walk away again and return to a different provider who was more thorough and upfront. In May-June 2025, I gave the clinic one final try, hoping maybe things had improved. I received two PRF sessions spaced about a month apart, paying $1,198 in total. This is when things became even more concerning. The injections were done in under two minutes. There was no discussion of how much PRF was being used, and when I asked, he refused to give a clear answer. I was never shown the syringe or told how much was being injected, something that matters with PRF, where at least 2cc per side is considered standard. No before-and-after photos were taken to track progress, which should be basic protocol in any medical aesthetic treatment. The receipt I was given only said "PRP/PRF," with no breakdown of the treatment. During one of the visits, he casually mentioned that his blood spinning machine was making a strange sound, saying, "I've never heard that sound before." That comment alone made me uneasy about the quality and safety of what I was being injected with. When I expressed concern again about not seeing results, I was met with a defensive, dismissive attitude.
