Also good for costuming purposes for obvious reasons. There are other places in town to get higher quality goods, Top Girl is aimed at the Hot Topic/Leg Avenue level. The prices seemed reasonable enough, about what you'd see elsewhere but they have a pretty wide range so its nice to have a one stop destination. They do carry some stuff from brands like Edward Scissorhands and Living Dead Souls but most of the actual clothing is similar to what you can find at a million other places in town and at similar prices.
