We'd decided on a font and he promised to email the final design back the next day. No email followed, I emailed to confirm he was working on it, no reply. I called FOUR times to no reply. Never got the lettering, never heard back. I had a personal meeting with them, they knew what I wanted, and I was ready to pay. Total disrespect for me, had to race an unchristened, un named boat, and spend my money out of town.
