When I owned a restoration business I would cross paths with Alan and his team. I witnessed their work prior to perceiving a friendship, and it was always supervised, and the highest quality. As with my business related experience in this area, I would often match my work against theirs, and there is a starkly obvious reason I'm not a plumber. There have now been two occasions I have hired All Types, and both were in somewhat of a disaster recovery scenarios, and I almost never hire folks for jobs I believe that I might do. Both times they saved my bacon, responded incredibly quickly to my needs, and left me in a perfectly functional state. I not only recommend them for the quality of their work, but for the quality of their staff, and increasingly for their professionalism and small provider feel during this rapid growth spurt.

We had work preformed on our toilet and a stuck shut off valve, only to be presented with two flooding issues. After being to the companies attention only to be told that there is no paper trail of their tech working on the stuck valve and that he "forgot" to add it on there. After an entire day of trying to resolve the issue and finally getting the owner to give us a call, just to be completely unprofessional, disrespectful and end the phone call with we're not taking responsibility and hanging up. He lives up to his reputation. He is thoughtful, kind, and conscientious. He is careful and meticulous in everything he does. His work is perfection. He can fix anything and everything, from the big things (replacing windows) to the little things (caulking) to all the in-between things (changing out fixtures and hardware, electrical work, and repairing drywall)! More importantly, we knew that our home was in good hands. He has such a calming influence and helped us determine what could be repaired and what needed to be replaced. Carlos was more than willing to add additional tasks once we started the process. Now that we have completed all the updates, we see his flawless work throughout our entire home. He was so encouraging and the very best person to guide us through the entire process. We are so pleased with the final results! We listed our home for sale on Friday afternoon, and within three days, we had 33 showings and 5 offers. Our home went under contract on Tuesday morning. We could not have done any of this without Carlos! We highly recommend him and his work!
