Stopped by about 45 minutes before closing time and we were the only two inside. We looked over the menu for a few minutes and the worker came out running form the back. She quickly greeted us and gave us a few more minutes to look over the menu. We were so undecisive that we let another group order before us. I ended up ordering the "fancy milk tea" and my sister had the "Cheese Soy Milk Tea." We sat down and waited a few minutes for our order to be called out. The tables were clean, the inside décor was super cute, and the music was lit. They had an assortment of music genres playing including some Ariana Grande, Mickey Mouse, Jo Jo Siwa, to even some Bad Bunny. The drinks were good. My fancy milk tea was tasty and the boba was the perfect texture. My sister said her cheese drink lacked flavor and maybe needed some boba to make it better. Service was great as they were friendly and they thanked us for coming in as we walked right out.

My absolute favorite boba spot in the valley. The drinks here are delicious and you can really taste the delicious tea flavor. I love the Four Seasons Mango it's a blended tea smoothie and it's so refreshing especially on hot days, I am also obsessed with the popcorn chicken. It's super cute and bird themed inside just like the cups and staff is very friendly and service is quick even if you order food. Location is very convenient in a mini mall with ample parking!

I think the best part of my visit was seeing Jungkook in the corner. This place has good reviews so I'm wondering if I just ordered the wrong drink because mine was not good. Lols I had the lychee with cheese foam. My drink was kind of warm (ew) and it just tasted like black tea. The cheese was ok, at least the boba was good. The boba shop was quiet and clean. The girl working there was quiet too, I couldn't hear her when I think she greeted me when I walked in? She wasn't very personable but she wasn't rude either. Just there doing her job. Would I go back? Probably not. Sorry!

Wow this place is inside the Asiana shopping center so very convenient - you can go grocery shopping and get a treat! Walking in it's very clean and has a nature theme going on (fitting considering the name). Employees helped my girlfriend pick a drink out and were more than happy to let us sample a bunch of toppings. A+ service. We got the thai milk tea and a winter melon tea with rainbow jelly. The thai milk tea was really good. Good thai tea flavor and the boba - man their boba is really good. I don't like boba that's too sweet and too soft. Their boba is just the right amount of sweetness for me and a great texture. The winter melon tea was ehh but mainly because not my fav type of tea. Had depth to it though and wasn't a bad tea itself. They also have a punch card to get and you can redeem a free drink if you come often. Highly recommend this boba one of the better ones I've had in the valley and quick service.

I had the Thai iced tea and the boba milk tea. Those are my go to tester drinks. It is hard to go wrong with those and for some reason I enjoy those flavors a lot. Luckily, the tea they used was a standard black tea for the boba milk tea. I really don't like the Earl gray kind. The boba balls were cooked well and were not over or under cooked. Therefore they were not mushy or hard. They also had a good flavor. At another place the boba balls tasted weird and had a strange flavor. They have a great parking lot with lots of spaces. Just wish we had more shaded parking lots. The inside was clean and small. There were a couple of tables and chairs, but not enough for a large group of people. The service was fast and I got my drinks fairly quickly. A couple of people came inside while I was there. Seems like they are pretty popular. They also sell snacks.

I didn't know what I wanted to order when I came in but the employee at the register was very helpful. I ordered two lychee tea with boba drinks. Service was fast, friendly, and the drinks were fresh and sweet! There are several vegan options but the majority of drinks have powdered milk or milk in them. I would love it if they would consider marking their plant-based options with a symbol for easy reading. The shop is in a strip mall with the Dollar Tree and Angry Crab Shack. It's not my favorite parking lot because there are no trees or shade, but if you're stopping in real quick during summer, it's ok. The Boba Tree is clean, cute, and bright inside. They have seating if you're looking to stay longer and they have a food menu that I did not order from but it looked pretty good! I highly recommend Boba Tree, especially if you're looking to cool off, and I can't wait to visit again!

I stopped by after dinner for something sweet, and I was not disappointed. The cashiers were so patient with us explaining the different types of boba, flavors, and even letting us sample the cheese. I ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea with cheese. It was honestly so good, caution, it is really sweet. I felt the cheese tasted like cheesecake, so it added a little razzle dazzle to my drink. The boba tree spot was really clean and nicely decorated, with no issues with parking either!

We drove by Tempe a little before noon on a road trip and were craving for some boba, so we found this place through Yelp and Google search. This is one of the good rating ones in the area and most importantly, it opens before 12, so we decided to check it out. Hmmmm...not impressed by their basic tea drinks. If you are a fan of a more colorful syrupy cup of boba, this might be your spot, but for a traditional classic milk tea or green milk tea, they are subpar. I do like the taro boba tho. Nice change!

I had the crazy fruit black tea w/ honey boba - tea was delicious and came with real fruits that you can enjoy after drinking the tea. Reason for the 3 stars - Boba was not fresh and was extra chewy and hard. Worth giving it a try though! Customer service was lacking. No greeting when stepping through the door nor any acknowledgment at the register, just a stare. Would I come back? Maybe but with less expectations. read more

I saw this place was like a minute drive from my house and decided to go there and try it out. The interior's very cute and the guy behind the counter was nice and gave me a punch card. I ordered matcha with boba, and it took like maybe 3 minutes to make, which was nice since my dad and I were doing our grocery shopping for the week afterwards. I drank it for a while, and it had ice in it, and the thing I hate most is when things get watered down, but it didn't! It also had a lot of pearls in it, and an easy lid to punch through. Very happy I stopped by. There are boba and herbal tea options available, as well as "cheese" drinks. Since this business opened during COVID, there isn't any seating available inside, but it looks nice and open inside. There's a plastic screen protecting you from the worker taking your order. Max capacity right now is 10 people and the bathrooms aren't available for use. As of 8/24, there are not any dairy-free options but maybe that's going to change. Two size options and reasonable pricing. read more

I happened to be in the area and as soon as I saw how cute the cups were, I had to come check it out! The shop is so cutely decorated! The menu is really unique, but I wish there were more descriptions of what each drink was. Very busy place which means they have very good food and drinks. We even got a free cup for ordering more that $20. Drinks were good and the service is great. We also ordered the popcorn chicken but I think it needs more flavor like cajun powder or other season. But overall recommended to try this place. read more

I don't want to make your business have any problem, I just want to lest the owner of the shop know, so this way will let you guys know and pix the problem to make it better ( why's I have to post a review? Because I try to call in to talk with the owner they always not there so yea. I had to do this instead! ) I have to drive very far from Gilbert to Mesa to buy there's drinks but I think they are overcharged me on my drink about $ 1.50 ( I know just $ 1.50 was not a lot but it still money right?) and this is not the first time I have this problems, is happening to me a few time before already but I just don't keep the receipt for evidence. The largest variety of milk Boba tea and smoothies anywhere around. A good value with fresh, high quality ingredients. Theres a lot of seating for enjoying your tea with friends. 5-star would be if not so busy much of the time, but it's a very good sign you're sure to be satisfied! I love Boba and was so excited to see one close to my house. I ordered the crazy fruit tea and I have to say it was AMAZING! After I drank all the tea I refilled ithe cup with cans of Arizona Green tea. It still had that yummy passion fruit flavor and stayed well in the fridge overnight. My daughter and I have been wanting to try Boba Tea for awhile. We were excited to find one right down the road from us! Walking in we had no clue what to order, we just wanted the boba that's all we knew. Having no clue there were different flavors, in addition to there huge list of drink choices! They were able to recommend a drink that hit it right on the spot with what we told them we would like! The cups are so great that we will be reusing the cups! I mean look at the cute drink wrap to top it off! The lid comes with a stopper for driving and a place to place it on the top once drinking! We are now forever customers! This is my favorite boba place! I've been super impressed with my drink every single time I've gone. The boba has always tasted soft and fresh, which I really appreciate. I'm not a huge fan of cheese boba so I haven't tried theirs yet, but they have plenty of other non-cheese options as well as non-dairy options for those who want them (me)! Prices are very reasonable, they do NOT skimp out on the amount of boba, and the drink always comes out quickly. I love this place. read more

My go to boba tea place in Phoenix. I love both location. The other location has snacks. I love their cheese foam and that they offer crystal boba. I always take advantage of their stamp card program which is very generous. Buy five get a medium drink free. Highly recommended. I only order their Jasmine milk tea with no boba, yet they charge me full price for boba every time. If I wasn't getting boba, shouldn't I get a discount since boba is extra? They don't do customization either. I went in and asked for a royal milk tea, substituting boba for grass jelly. They charged me full price for the boba + grass jelly. I didn't realized later until I got the receipt and when I brought it up to them, they said there's nothing they can do. BE MORE PROACTIVE! read more

This is my favorite boba place. This is their 2nd location. I love that their drink are fresh & authentic. I love their cheese foam jasmine tea which I can adjust the sweetness on & their Hokkaido milk tea. Both are super great. When u drink their tea, u can taste the pureness & freshness of it not like any other place. & don't forget that their cup is RE-useable. read more

Yesterday while out and about I stopped in at another Boba place, got my typical boba drink, and it was bitter and not so good. That made me realize how much I love Boba Tree. They have the process down pat. It's the only Boba place (they have another location on Dobson) that allows for custom and creativity. It's clean, organized and down right pleasant to be in. We are a boba shop providing traditional drinks, while specializing in bring fresh fruits into our teas, formulating a fresher, healthier, and a better-tasting drink. For example, our Crazy Fruit Tea and our Super Grapefruit, which are popular among the younger generation. Additionally, we also provided limited edition fruit teas only available during select seasons, for instance, our Peach Heaven and Lychee Pulp, which are only available in the summer. Lots of delicious looking pastries and food items available for purchase. I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon and it was huge!! Enough for two meals. And it was delicious! I also ordered the blueberry muffin latte which was too sweet for me but still delicious. I would probably get less sweet next time! I can't wait to come back and try something else. I am writing this review in the hopes that the owner sees it. Over a week ago, I stopped by to pick up my order of milk teas and I was relieved that I wasn't in there with my family or close friends that day. The music playing was hard rap, using a lot of foul language and I'm really talking about the F word, the D word, and the S word, and not to mention the N word. I've always enjoyed their drinks, however I am very stunned of the music choice that they're allowed to play in there. Sadly it's not the first time I hear this type of music playing here and in the other location. Most likely, it's from the guy running this place, I wonder if this is the reason why they have such a high turnover rate. It's a shame for this review, but I really wish I could enjoy both Boba Tree places with a more relaxing and appropriate atmosphere. read more
