Auction staff obviously made little preparations for auction day, bringing items to auction in a haphazard, disorderly mix of antiques, appliances, building fixtures, and new hardware. Due to their lack of preparation, very few buyers were able to even see what was being sold and left as a result. As the day wore on, auction staff suddenly started a second auction ring in another part of the building without prior notice, making it impossible for buyers to attend the full auction. There were multiple items I had hoped to buy, but could not even place a bid because I could not be in two auction rings at the same time. These problems resulted in a disservice to both buyer and seller. To their credit, their auctioneers were friendly and easy to understand, they had a good sound system, their clerks accurately recorded sales, and the checkout process was fast and easy.

While im waiting to be helped another customer comes in and is immediately helped, I mean the door didnt even close all the way before one of the associates came running to help her while I was still standing there. I walked out because clearly my race was an issue as I was next to be helped and was clearly ignored.
