Before the wedding, Crystal had very poor communication with the bride. She wasn't returning calls or messages. About a week before the wedding the bride finally heard from Crystal. Don't worry though, one thing she will make sure to communicate is that she needs her money prior to the wedding day. This includes gratuity. All before you see the results of the services or how she handles the day. After dealing with her, I see why. She wouldn't get any gratuity if she were paid based on service. Her team showed up at 8am which was the agreed upon time. Since it was a large wedding party, we knew it would take a long time. What we didn't know is that they would finish by 11. Let me say, the ladies who did our hair and makeup that came with Crystal were wonderful. They were kind, listened to our requests, and truly wanted us to be happy. It would be in their best interest to not associate themselves with Crystal because they were wonderful. Crystal seemed uninterested and disconnected the entire time she was there. She seemed irritated by us and acted as if we were a burden on her. She was rushed and messy. At 10:30 (keep in mind the wedding was at 5:30pm) Crystal called for the bride. One of the bridesmaids asked if she could hold off just a bit while she finished her letter to her soon to be groom. The bride was also hoping it would be a bit closer to wedding time before her hair and makeup was finished. Crystal responded "well I'm ready so she needs to come on." Crystal left the room often and was on her phone for a majority of the morning. The bride was in tears when Crystal "finished" her hair. One of the other bridesmaids ended up doing the brides hair. Several bridesmaids left reviews on our services and Crystal texted the bride on her wedding day to tell her how disappointed she was that we did that. On. Her. Wedding. Day. (We have text evidence of this.) It wasn't until after the wedding day was over that we realized what was going on. Come to find out, Crystal double booked. Another bride contacted one of our bridesmaids who had left a review and informed her that she was the other wedding that day. Crystal told our bride she did not double book. (We have text evidence of that, too.) Not only did she lie to us, she told the other bride that she was 3 hours late because she got in a car wreck. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Bottom line - do not book. We paid a LOT of money for services and gratuity that was not deserved on Crystals end.

First let me say this. As a teacher I love streamlined processes. Yessi's intro text messages and answers to my questions were prompt, friendly, informative and professional. The booking process was seamless and filling out the consent forms were all done on my phone. I received clear instructions in advance about how to prep for the procedure (Microshading) as well as what to expect. Even though I'd done the procedure before (about 10 years ago), Yessi went over everything in detail. Her location is very clean and comfortable--a separate business suite within a salon complex. Throughout the process she check on my comfort level and asked if I needed anything. Her numbing gel made the entire procedure pain free because she administered the numbing agent through-out the procedure. Yessi let me see ongoing results as she progressed with the procedure. Upon completion, she gave me post care instructions for cleaning and maintaining my brows healthy until the touch-up in 4-6 weeks. I was given an after-care packet of ointment and cleansing solution etc.)....It was a great experience and I LOVE my results!! Yessi is my new brow tech--she is so knowledgable and you can tell from her spirit/professional demeanor that she loves what she does and does what she loves very well.
