They charged a very reasonable price for the size of the job involved, and by far beat all the other quotes that were obtained. They plastered over all of the wires and left the house in a good state, providing relevant certificates and documentation regarding the safety and warranty of the work they carried out. Obviously they embark on much smaller electrical issues than these, but all with the same dedication and professionalism that's applied to the larger jobs. They were quick to respond to our initial boiler problem and when it became apparent that we needed to have a new boiler fitted they were able to move very quickly - we only had 2 nights without heating or hot water which I thought was a very good turnaround time. I didn't feel that the cost was unreasonable either despite our desperate circumstances (ie not heating or hot water). We will use them again for on-going boiler servicing and maintenance.

Hanham Heating recovered existing back boiler and installed new Worcester Bosch combi boiler and…read morereplacement radiators early 2012. We selected Hanham Heating based on excellent reports of workmanship and customer service not only from web based reviews but from friends and acquaintances who had who had engaged Hanham Heating to carry out similar work. Time scales for the work to be executed were given, so we moved out for the 4 day period indicated it would take even when we stayed an additional night ( at Hanham Heating installers request ) and returned the work had not be completed and the house was in a bit of a mess needless to say we were not very happy. Hanham Heating had to return several weeks later as a couple of the radiators installed did not meet our original requirement. Since then we have noticed a problem with the new boiler an appointment was made with Hanham Heating to visit and view the problem - but the booked appointment was never kept, completely ignored, and without a follow-up apology. The boiler problem has now been flagged to Worcester Bosch for an engineering visit under the boiler warranty. We supported a local company based on very good customer feed-back, but we have obviously not experienced that level of service. Disappointed customer.

Then upon my insistence the engineer told me he had run out of paper. After more time had gone by the engineer undid everything once more and then eventually produced the paper I had asked for. All this cost me 70 pounds and my precious time. Almost right away after the service the dial showing the water content was erratic and looked dangerous to me because during a couple of hours it went from 'too full beyond 3' to almost empty ( on 0 ) on a daily basis. I called the company several times and was told it was not an emergency and to ring back once the boiler ( 3 years old Worcester Junior 28 ) had stopped. It turned out that I had to pay 40 pounds for an opinion from another engineer ( who was not from Gas World ) about what was actually wrong and another 280 pounds to put in a new expansion vessel which was punctured. That work was done by an accredited engineer from Worcester.- To be told to call back once the boiler had stopped seemed to me the height of indifference. Never again will I call on this company for anything.
