By this point, Anne had my payment for more than 4 months (again) and I had to dispute my charge with my credit card to have it refunded. My credit card company tried to reach Anne Ortelee and her office to have my account refunded (or appointment rescheduled) and she never responded, waiting the longest date for the credit card to automatically refund my payment from 5 months prior. This was an abysmal disappointment from the most unprofessional and unresponsive vendor for services I had ever experienced (and never received). Don't bother scheduling and paying.
