I had a flat tyre, so now what? Well, I thought the hard part was changing the tyre and fitting my spare to get back on the road. But, I faced an even bigger obstacle in finding a place to fix my puncture.
Having previously ignored anything remotely auto related(My hubby's obsession for cars has lowered my sensory perception), I was on a new journey. I like reviewing places and comparing different services before I buy or use anything. For the first time I was stumped.. I didn't know where to go..
And then my hubby started spewing out different names and companies and before I could check them out on my phone we had reached Bob Jane.
Bob Jane is a smelly place and not in a bad way if you like the smell of tires. I don't. But they are extremely quick and efficient at fixing anything car related. They had one look at my car tyre, and in under 15 minutes had filled the puncture, changed the wheel and prepared the bill. Very Impressed with their service. Definitely no bill shock as their service charge is reasonable.
What I didn't like is that they had used one of the Audi proprietary tools to open the car and didn't return that. I only realised it on getting home and had to make a second trip to collect it. read more
