To top that off, brakes were changed in December (not even 4 months ago) - same parramatta store - with a repetitive 2 weeks of the same grinding brakes problem which I was returning to the store daily in that period. In total, this same problem has cost us over $4000 in total for the same problem that still hadn't been fixed. We're no longer going there and I'd suggest to others going by my review and others I've just read, find another tyre and brakes dealer. You'll only burn money at the Parramatta store.

Unfortunately, I encountered one of the worst experiences for an automotive service at this shop. I was driving a sick child when my front right tyre had been punctured by a screw and being in the middle of Parramatta, I figured that I would bring it to Beaurepaires in order to be get the tyre either replaced or the puncture repaired. Upon arrival, there was only 1 car in the workshop out of a possible 5 spaces, the manager was speaking to a customer and the 1 other staff i could see was sitting on a pile of tyres using his phone. I waited approximately 30 minutes before being served with my sick son. The 1 customer before me were made me wait while the manager spent around 15 minutes arguing with a pizza shop regarding his pizza delivery for lunch. He then went on the spend a few more minutes speaking to another manager about staff discounts. Eventually, he served the customer ahead of me and after another 5 minutes finally served me. At this point, another the other staff decided to come and stand with the manager. The manager, then proceeds to tell me 'I am on by myself today' which he repeated 5 -6 times and 'I am getting swamped with calls' He then shows me 5-6 pieces of paper stating 'I've got cars backed up till the end of the day, sorry mate I am going to have to say no. Yep, I am going to say no' I am truelly disappointed, I do not expect special treatment just because I have a child although this provided me stress as a parent. What upsets me, is the priorities of this store; pizzas and lunchbreaks are more important than helping customers. I know for a fact that small shops using a tyre changer can replace an old tyre and fit a new one in less than ten minutes, then in another 5 fit the tyre back onto any vehicle. Additionally, to internally replace a puncture on a vehicle takes maybe a little longer to take the tyre off sand it back and seal the puncture before re-fitment. All in all, I will never be using this service again.

It took about an hour, no fuss and they give you a call when the car is ready to be picked up if you don't want to wait around. Prices are pretty decent. $89 each for Bob Jane All rounders, but they did slog a $55 wheel alignment charge on top, that I wasnt really made aware of. Not a huge deal, but probably should disclose that to you when quoting. I'm pretty certain they hold "Galmatic" classes at this Bob Jane T mart, which is a course for women drivers taught by female mechanics, or car experts such as Rally drivers or navigators. Totally worth a look into if you don't know much about the car you drive. You never know when you'll get a flat, over heated radiator or broken fan belt. And you can learn tips on how to maintain your car to avoid them.
