Absolutely GORGEOUS flower arrangement/center piece!!!…read more Two days before thanksgiving I realized I had not gotten the host of our Thanksgiving dinner anything. We live in Los Angeles and were scrambling to pack for the trip. I called Mayflowers of Red Bank on Monday and the lady on the phone (Lucy) was the most delightful woman. She said no problem getting an arrangement out by Wednesday morning. The flowers were delivered and took center stage for our Thanksgiving feast. The flowers were so fresh!!! AND the arrangement was fashion forward and unique. This was NOT your average 1-800 style arrangement. Mayflowers of Red Bank took great care to provide great service and amazing quality + beautiful flowers.

Unfortunately, the flowers were crammed into a vase that was far too small, making the entire arrangement look completely squished. When I called to voice my disappointment, I spoke with the exact same employee who took my order. Instead of offering a solution or taking accountability, she simply gave a dismissive, "I am sorry you feel disappointed" response. This is actually the second time I have received a subpar arrangement from this shop. I chose not to complain the first time, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this poor customer service confirms that they do not value customer satisfaction. Sloppy mess. Worst arrangement I've ever seen. Absolute disgrace to the flowers that are in this…read morearrangement. The arrangement is not symmetrical, the roses are all crushed together in one spot in the middle that can't be seen from the tall lilies. The peonies yet gorgeous, we left so lol they're drooping and three are bent out of this oversized, ridiculously enormous glass container. All the greens are on one side. It's not balanced, or creatively unbalanced. It is literally a hot mess. The worst part is that the majority of the flowers are tied together with black tape and green ribbon on the bottom that's visible in the water. Normally a florist would wrap leaves around the bottom of the vase or container. Or do something decorative. This just looks like a heartless. Again a disgrace these flowers were cut and arranged this way. The only way this could be rectified is if they come take this back and give me the exact same flowers that are in this arrangement and I will arrange them myself. Update from 1star to 3. A nice woman from this business just dropped off an entirely new arrangement. Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for acknowledging my review and valuing my mom's business.
