As we made piles of items, Lisa encouraged us to not throw anything away, and she was right. The sale was a huge success and she did it all. Lisa was a pleasure to work with, we've made a new friend. She researched many of our items in order to get top value for them. She put special items on eBay, there was nothing she wouldn't do for us. Furniture was moved and the sale set up and after, things were returned and left clean and in order. BUT...get a signed contract immediately, even if you're not 100% sure of the date, or you may be bumped without notice or so much as a courtesy call. That's what happened to me, leaving me high and dry trying to downsize and move. Confirming a date 6 weeks prior was too late...did a more profitable sale come up? Hmmm.....
