Communication was unclear, there was no out-of-office auto-reply during the holidays, and she took a unprofessional attitude towards us when we tried to get things back on track. We were unable to change event planner, as after requesting this from her, she informed us that she was solely responsible for event planning. In the end, we received an email informing us that the date had already been booked by another client and by one of Karina's colleagues.

Worst part came at the end, after a seriously extensive bill 5..+ , some kind of miss ordination between restaurant and bar saw us waiting outside in the cold, being asked to pay 10€ to get in again and in the end asked to leave the premises by some very unpolite door staff. Unreal an strongly recommend to avoid, Düsseldorf is filled with more nicer, delicious and party amazing places than this.
