This business only gets clients because it's the only nail salon in town. Worst place to go, don't waste your time and money here. The service from the employees is disgusting; they are rude and unprofessional. If you want to have a bad day by all means come here. Rude and pathetic employees. They are only open for business because there is no where else to go but I guarantee they would not make it in a city. I tried to find the Amarillo location to review both on google and yelp but they don't seem to have one for that location which is a little sketchy. My mom and I got pedicures here today and the technicians were absolutely HORRIBLE. The seemed untrained, sloppy, awkward and like they had never done a pedi before. The tools they used on us were NOT SANITIZED. They were pulled out from the bottom of a dirty basket and had obviously been used before. The nail tech who did my moms nails left a huge smudge and was trying to hide it to avoid fixing it. The polish came out bumpy, uneven and there's gaps of nail you can see by the cuticle area. I've given this place multiple tries but the service is always the worst I've encountered. For a nail salon that has a sign in their store that says "Taking Cleanliness to the Next Level" they are NOT sanitary! This is one of the most luxurious looking nail salons in Amarillo and I am SO disappointed (but not surprised). read more

They are a wonderful service establishment! They're welcoming and want to make sure as soon as you walk in that they know exactly what you want. Speedy service. Amazing customer service. They do above and beyond the average service for any given service! If you're getting your nails done call a head and schedule with them! Ask for Emmy or Bobby! They're great and do an amazing job.
