But they charged me a lot of money! This place is not trustworthy and if you have a high-end car, they will charge you based on that high-end car and not fix the problem. I am not sure what the problem is with these people (maybe they don't like certain people) but something is suspicious about them. I contend that they didn't switch out the parts and just charged me for that issue because you will have the same problem. You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't. "They won" in my case, but caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware). Your money is hard-earned so go to someone you trust. Or, just take your chances!

After we contacting Fitzpatrick we were advised our model was not included. So we dropped off our car Friday night and picked it up Saturday. Great job guys.

I brought our 2014 Subaru Impreza to Crossroads Automotive for an engine misfire, and they handed…read moreme an astronomical $2,381 invoice for routine maintenance. Looking over the receipt line by line, the pricing is unbelievable: $759.92 just for four ignition coils (parts that cost $40-$50 each retail), $387.48 in labor alone for spark plugs, and a $145 diagnostic fee that they refused to apply toward the repair work. They even tacked on a $210 chemical intake flush that does nothing for a failing ignition coil, then quoted another $1,113 to replace front control arms--a job independent shops routinely do for $650-$700 with an alignment. Total parts markups and bloated labor times from top to bottom; save yourself the frustration and find a fair mechanic elsewhere in Coweta County.

I submitted them with a photo via email of the light that initially came up on my dash Sep 5th. I kept calling the company for an update regarding my vehicle. After two weeks of little to no information a friend went to the location on Sept 18, 2025 to inquire about the vehicle status. It wasn't until then Sept 18th, approximately 2hrs later, that Kyler contacted me via phone and provided me with his/their "diagnosis." Ironically, it was exactly as what I informed them of via email. So my car has been sitting and unattended, and undiagnosed for 2 weeks. Meanwhile I could have someone a little more honest and transparent. Costing hundreds of dollars in Uber/Lyft bills. Today, I had it towed somewhere else. I noted on my receipt that I did not agree with the fees as they hadn't done anything. The guy at the counter says to me, make sure you send your car somewhere where they work on range rovers. No sh** , you guys didn't, but you never let me know that you couldn't. Instead you let my car sit for weeks. No communication, unprofessional, unreliable, and unpredictable. I wouldn't trust them!

I've taken my vehicle to Drummer three times and EVERY time I have been totally satisfied with the service. He is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain what he has done to solve whatever issue was going on with my vehicle. I would highly recommend Drummer Imports. During the pandemic, he is taking all of the necessary health precautions to ensure the safety of his customers when you enter the business. His waiting area looks and feels like you walked into a dealership. But don't worry! He doesn't try to gouge you with high dealership prices for servicing your vehicle. I called a few times to notify owner; he said, just because they serviced car does not mean current issue related to their work; bring the car back for no charge diagnostic. The intermittent cooling or heating continued for 3 weeks till I could adjust my work schedule to take car in again. Upon return, owner had me drive service tech around building several times in which the system was not blowing then came on automatically. Technician told owner its her blower motor; owner called someone to inquire on part; then told me it will be $1100 dollars to replace the blower motor. No physical inspection was done in regards to taking off the cover under the glove compartment to check blower motor or wires, etc. As part of the B service the cabin filter was to be changed inside the glove compartment; so work was done in area top and, its possible under glove compartment was opened during B service also. I did request going back with car to see what was going on when they open area for inspection and owner got upset and started discussing trusting their work. I asked for my key, back and left. Upon taking car somewhere else; they pulled the cover off, under the glove compartment in front of me and they were able to show me the blower motor wire was loose; they reconnect and secured. Did not have to pay $1100 for something that was wrongly stated as the problem from driving in car with me and determined as diagnostic test to check A/C heat system...smh. My A/C heat system is blowing strong and constant now, as it did, prior to me bringing my car to them for service. Unfortunately this was my 2nd time visiting this auto repair shop. Thankful, I did not listen to him when I knew that was not the problem because blower motor was replaced Feb. 2021. Proper diagnostic with hands on, visualization and applicable tool testing is always needed first!
