The music is the real heartbeat here - deep, eclectic sets that move from jazz and soul to more underground sounds, never the usual generic club playlist. It's very much a listening bar: you feel like people actually come to hear what's being played, not just to have background noise. Cocktails are excellent and made with care - the kind of place where the bartenders are happy to riff on your preferences and mix something off-menu. Everyone behind the bar was friendly, relaxed, and clearly loves being there, which matches what a lot of other reviewers say about the staff and the warm, "home away from home" vibe.
