After my second visit I have to say that the shop even improved, if possible I would give seven stars. The service is exquisite, there is even more to see and the colours are a sparkling festivity. The little shop became the eye-catcher of Porzellangasse. Especially the Easter decoration is very innovative. Hats of for creativity, service and know-how!!!! read more

I had a fantastic experience with Blumengruss. Luciano was able to help me arrange a delivery to my girlfriend who is studying abroad in Vienna. Communication was great (through the yelp app), and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking to make someone's day a little extra special. read more

They did a great job making sure that my friend got her flowers. I had the wrong phone number and her address wasn't clear either but they took care of it and were very helpful. Very pleased that their website has an English option so I could send flowers to my friend in Vienna without speaking German! read more

Looking for a great florist around the Ottakring area then Blumen city is the place to go. This…read moreplace a huge variety of different flowers from all sizes and colors. Its a great place for plants, birthday roses, wedding bouquet or for a small office plant. I have also been able to find the perfect orchid or house plant. The shop seems to only have one worker (possible the owner), but he is very helpful and seems to have a lot of experience and knowledge in the florist business. The prices are are moderately cheap and the U3 Ottakring stop is only a few minutes away.

Luciano G. at Blumengruss made this experience amazing!! My daughter is studying in Vienna and it was her 21st birthday. I am from the United States. I wanted to send her a beautiful flower arrangement to celebrate this special day. I didn't know who or how to contact a florist in Vienna. I turned to yelp and indeed Blumengruss had received a wonderful review in the past. I messaged them through yelp and within minutes, Luciano responded!! Thank goodness since my daughters birthday was the next day! I told her what I wanted to spend and the type of flowers I wanted delivered. She sent me pictures of the absolutely beautiful flowers, a birthday card, and a cute stuffed animal...that my daughter fell in love with immediately!! They delivered it the next day, on her birthday. My daughter called me and was so happy! She sent me pictures of the flowers and stuffed animal. It made me so happy that I could make my daughter's birthday so special, even being so far away. All thanks to the quick response and the beautiful arrangement and cute stuffed animal that Luciano G. from Blumengruss delivered. Thank you, thank you!! I live in Canada and wanted to cheer up a friend in Austria. With no real guidance or knowledge of the language, this flower shop truly came through. Not only did they speak English but they helped deliver the flowers to my friends work address. Work flowers are way cooler than delivered at home ones. The bouquet was perfect and beautifully arranged. The transaction and communication with the florist was excellent. I will defiantly use them again!!! Thank you for all your help.
