His response to a my customer complaint / suggestion on clarifying the mail service offered (as it is not DHL as advertised on their website but local mail post for those outside of Germany like me) was "I have no more time to discuss this details any longer with you. Please order your plants in future from other suppliers"... I am appalled by their customer care and disregard for customer concerns or suggestions for improvement. I didn't ask for anything but a clarification on their website and was told to not do business with them if I didn't like it. The plans were healthy but wow - the rudeness is beyond belief! Please only order if you expect you will have no issues, because if you do - they will not be resolving them, they will just tell you to get lost. Not receptive to any customer feedback, Volker thinks the business is untouchable, so he can be incredibly rude to customers. Maybe that's the German way.
