tried to send flowers to my mom for b'day. first lady told me to order over internet, so I tried. but no way to order a vase with the bouquet. so I called back and 2nd lady was the most unfriendly person to handle an order from the US. I thought our customer service agents here are bad but that conversation I just had trumped everything I experienced with German companies. This: arrogant, no patience for a sensitive matter, money first (no problem from my side) behavior and basically calling me an idiot bcs I could not fiddle out how to order a vase with my 85Euro flower order plus 25 Euro delivery, plus a vase, delivery tomorrow..... really??? God bless Germany for their unbelievable rude so-called customer service agents....that's all I have to say about that "wonderful" experience with Mayrhofer Blumen, Good Luck People!!! read more
