Excellent, easy to use website. Delivery was on time and the flowers looked amazing. I messaged 3 separate flower shops in Munich and none responded, luckily even in Berlin they were able to deliver to Munich on time for a great surprise. The flowers arrived in great condition! read more

If you need a florist in Berlin BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN is the place to go. Their customer service is amazing; not only do they speak English, the flower arrangement we ordered was gorgeous, and it was delivered in perfect condition. I live in California and needed to send some flowers to Berlin for my Aunt's funeral and I wasn't sure how I was going to go about it since I don't speak German. I Googled "English speaking Florists in Berlin" and BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN's name came up; after reading the reviews I decided to order the flowers from them, and I must say it was the best decision I made. I had absolutely no idea of what I was doing but Chris guided me through and made things go smoothly. We did all of our communication via e-mail which was very convenient since we were working with a 9 hour time difference. I really had no idea what kind of arrangement to make so I gave them a vague description of traditional with a little bit of color. Brise, the designer did an amazing job and the arrangement came out better than I could imagine; the colors and design were perfect. Apparently in Germany they'll attach a ribbon with a message to the flowers which is something I'm not familiar with, and again thanks to the time difference I didn't get back to Chris by the deadline to order the ribbon but he took the initiative and did so it would be ready in time for delivery. They even took pictures of the arrangement and e-mailed it to us so we could see. I was concerned that the arrangement wouldn't get to the cemetery before the service since it was early but he assured me that would not be a problem; what absolutely blew me away was not only did it get there earlier than expected, he actually had a florist go with the delivery to make sure the arrangement was perfect and displayed correctly. Now that I know how easy it is to order flowers through BLUMEN-KOCH BERLIN I definitely will be using them in the future. read more
