Wonderful!! Absolutely wonderful!!! I cannot say enough about the high quality of service at Blumen Dufour in Basel. I had friends who were scheduled to take a river cruise departing from Basel and they were so professional and personable. They went out of their way with quick communication and service in English! A wonderful variety of high quality items and special attention to delivery (delivery to a river cruise is tricky because for the Basel to Amsterdam, the boat may leave from one of three ports in Basel depending on water levels; the florist must contact the Viking cruise line that day to determine the port).
