Custom-oriented is this store def not. The old lady first gazes at you as if she stalks you, then doesn't even have the manners to say hello after being greeted !!! Absolutely rude , bad service. Once you ask a question she looks at you in an aggressive way and then gives you an answer not the decent wat in a wat making you feel guilty for asking a basic question .. . To be avoided at all costs. !! Rude unprofessional staff .. if you did ask her in swiss German I am sure she would have smiled and been nicer , I am having impression I got discriminated here cuz I spoke German to her. read more
