These days it isn't so easy to find a sewing machine dealer - at least one that is not just virtual…read morebut REAL! :) Located in the Lange Reihe, this is a great address to buy a sewing machine, embroidery machine or serger. They have an in-house repair shop. A friend of mine took in his old sewing machine for repair and was very happy with their service. I just purchased a brand new Bernina. Training on how to use your new machine is included in the purchase price. The sales people were extremely knowledgeable and took lots of time explaining each machine's qualities without bein pushy. I'm so glad there are still actual addresses that don't start with www.
