Nicht zu empfehlen wirklich schrecklich. Mein Partner wollte mir Blumen zu einem Jahrestag senden, wobei unsere Adresse völlig falsch vom System verarbeitet wurde. Hierbei handelt es sich weder um einen Zahlendreher unsererseits noch um eine Dummheit. Aus 40 wurde 225. Daraufhin wendeten wir uns sofort an DHL und nach fehlgeschlagener Lieferung, dann an den Kundenservice von Blume 2000 und baten um Ersatzlieferung oder Erstattung. Erst kam eine unfreundliche Abweisung, dann, nach einer deutlichen Abweisung unsererseits, ein Entgegenkommen. Dieses wurde jedoch Stundenspäter doch wieder absolut unfreundlich abgewiesen. Der telefonische Kundenservice war noch unfreundlicher. Zuvor habe ich bereits schimmlige Rosen erhalten, wobei hier der Service freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Ich habe meiner Schwester zum Geburtstag Blumen geschickt die nicht ankamen. Die Addresse war richtig nur ihr Nachname war inkorrekt obwohl der neue Nachname auch mit eingegeben war konnte die Firma die Blumen nicht einfach da lassen oder klingeln und nachfragen. Terrible client service. I asked for a surname update on a gift that I was sending as the person is going through a divorce. The name is correct, the adress is correct, yet I get an email saying that the person in question did not live at the provided adress (false) and since this was a flower arrangement (it was not), they could not deliver but were obliged to charge me full price for the gift package and the delivery. This is such terrible client service that it should be read as a case of how not to treat clients. Steer clear of these burglars as there are many trustworthy companies in Germany for the same service. read more

THEY STOLE MY MONEY, they tried to deliver the flowers at 4.03AM!! This is a terrible flower service company, They did not deliver the package on the date requested or ever, Apparently they tried to deliver at 4.03AM but since no one answered they returned the package back, Not even a phone call to reach out to me for instructions on at what time to deliver, They do not want to provide a refund and just claim that no one was there to take the package, The business to which the flowers were supposed to be deliver at has a Front Desk that starts at 7.00AM and closes late in the evening. The most ugly flowers they could be possible.They even haven't deliver on a birthday day, they used so lame excuse, that address couldn't be found. Couple of days later they deliver the most ugliest bouquet you could imagine. Extremely ugly I am not exaggerating. Very bad service. Very cheap style and totally redneck taste. They ask a lot of money and it looks like delivery guy picked flowers from some side field on a way to the customer. Cheap, ugly and tasteless. Worst service EVER! Placed my order on Jan. 29 for delivery on Feb. 7. They charged my card on Jan. 31. Flowers were sent by DHL on Feb. 5 and did not arrive by the 7th. When I inquired about that the wonderful service rep blamed me for not picking "premium" delivery instead of "standard" delivery to guarantee the delivery date. Then was informed by Blume2000 and DHL that the flowers would be delivered the nest day, on Feb.8. Well, that didn't happen... instead I received a notification from DHL that delivery would occur in 1-2 business days. Today the flowers arrived... they are dried up, shriveled, wilting, and some of the greens are actually rotting - no surprise there, as the flowers were in "transit" with DHL for 5 days. As with other customer complaints, Blume2000 wants to address this by offering a coupon in the amount of the delivery fee! THINK AGAIN, Blume2000. You are in breach of contract, the evidence is on my side as it is all in writing. Instructed my credit card company to fight the charges - and they have already credited the amount back. This is not over and it will be addressed properly. The arrogance of the customer service reps is unbelievable. Their business practices are unacceptable. WHAT A JOKE... pay a few bucks more and go with Fleurop instead! read more

These people stole my money they took the order and then they did not deliver the flowers. I called them reputedly and emailed them several times and there was always only a delayed response. After 1 week I still have no flowers delivered and no money restituted. Would not recommend these thieves to anyone! Beware. Better use a company that is not Germany-based and that cares about customer reviews. read more

Very disappointed! Ordered flowers for my mother in Germany March 23 to be delivered March 24th. I played extra for delivery fees. A delivery service did not reach my mother, instead of leaving the flowers with neighbors , a card was left behind. The flowers could be pick up - at the other end of the city Saturday March 26th. After pointing out, that we send flowers to be delivered to the door and can not expect an elderly lady to travel across the city to pickup the flowers which are now three days old - I was offered that my delivery charge would be returned. Now we have some flowers in a pick up station, no one is happy and on top of it all I payed for that. NEVER AGAIN Blume 2000! read more
