The flavors are innovative without being weird and the texture is perfect. You can even tour the lab next door where they make the flavors, though it was closed when we went that night. I had the croccante amarena, which had swirls and tasty sour cherries throughout. I also tried the 500x - an intense chocolate that appears to be tinted with charcoal - and pistachio. I loved those, though not as much as the one I had. I'll be dreaming about this place!
