Meh, the Director of 'Bluesky Psychology' in Adelaide South Australia makes claim that she is specifically a Clinical Psychologist, however, she is not. She is registered to be a General Psychologist.
On the other hand, I would not recommend 'Mrs Silvia Benovic' as I believe she somewhat lacks authenticity and has the audacity to tell little fibs.
Additionally, I remember her back in my school days to be a rather obnoxious and nasty high school peer in the 1980s and early 1990. She followed conformist sheep-like types and took part in the systematic bullying of me. From year 8 until year 12, she would shun me and pst pst pst whisper nasty secrets about me to other school peers.
If I attempted to speak to her she would loudly and obnoxiously speak to me in a nasty and condescending manner. As a result of such cumulated nonsense this caused me much anguish and my mental health became adversely affected. I withdrew into a shell to the point where I lost ability to speak up and stick up for myself. I lost my social skills and became someone else who I could not recognise.
Then, eventually I was able to escape such a predicament and moved on with life with better momentum rather than stunted growth.
After high school, I found wonderful new friends, lost weight for health reasons and aesthetics, gained a University degree and a profession, etc. I got to know myself better and became the authentic person which I self love along with other significant humans in my life.
One does not need to deal with mental issues for extended periods if you make effort to be self-informed and take proactive measures to lead an authentic, positive and proactive life.

To a prospective Patient: Keep away from toxic people and you will progress with better momentum and go much further whilst maintaining a positive perspective.
